2 out of 3 rooms were nice, I would definitely check your sheets before sleeping in them

it was quiet which was nice

I had booked 3 rooms, one of the bedrooms sheets had mould on them so my daughter had to be moved to another room. There was no apology or sorry for the inconvenience which I thought was unacceptable.

Very impressed with Abode!

This was an exceptional experience! The hotel systems run smoothly and efficiently, the staff are well trained and polite, the room was setup with everything that I needed and was very comfortable. I especially loved that they are making an effort to reduce their waste through programs like Soap Aid, and they clean without chemical products. Highly recommend.

good but too many construction work in the Woden city ie restrict walking etc

bigger room and only one chair for a double room and no ironing board

Good for the value of money

Good kitchen equipment (gas, microwave, washing machine, dish washer)

Staff on the receptionist was very slow and for her takes 20 minute to do the check in

Pleasant and ideal for travellers

The room has its own washer/dryer. There are pantry items available at reception. The hotel is close proximity to the shopping centre.

No free parking available at the hotel. Window view was a brick wall. TV could not connect to the Wifi.

Parking is a little frustrating but not terrible. The wooden room keys are also a little problematic

1 night at the Abode Woden

The Hotel is quite nice, had everything I needed, they're is a small kitchnet with microwave. There is a nice club across the road. There is a restaurant/cafe downstairs. People at the desk were friendly and helpful

Parking is awkward, it's free overnight but if staying past 830am have to go to across the road to get a ticket or download the app.

Good location, great set up for families.

Great set up for families, appreciated the bunks instead of another big bed, easy location to get to.

No on site parking, there was a carpark across the road, but carrying everything over the road was not ideal.

it was ok, no value for money. please ask the reception staff to smile. the restaurant was amazing

no parking available had to pay for the parking, please mention about this in the website

the bunk bed was noisy, the kitchen did not have much utensils as it was advertised. parking was such a pain every morning and night and we have to pay for the parking

Excellent.

I visited on Public holidays so parking was FREE....lucky me. The staff were great and helpful. The room was clean. In short, everything was great. However, The only thing my Kids missed was a Pool Facility.

Won’t be staying again poor management could have been avoided

The night I attended I was on a low floor and they had a party in the restaurant 10pm and I still could not sleep because the party was so loud I had to be moved to a high floor at 10.30pm at night very disruptive and disappointed when they know they are having a large function low floors should be kept for those guests and other guests given high floors to not be disturbed. Also their was no room service available due to this function had I have been told this prompt to booking I would have stayed elsewhere disappointed when your paying too quality for your room to deal with this and although I was eventually moved being moved at 10.30pm at night is not acceptable more thought by management and better room placement for normal guests could have easily avoided all these disappointments won’t be staying again

No room service and no sleep due to excessive noise advertising ahead of a function would have avoided these disappointments and I could have stayed elsewhere not exceptable when travelling to not be able to sleep due to excessive noise

The place and room is nice but staff could be more helpful.

I arrived at 12 pm but we didn’t get room to check in until 4 pm. I asked reception if they could offer me late checkout of 12 pm as I checked in late. They didn’t accommodate the request. Instead I paid for 12 pm check out

On my arrival the front desk attendant was very welcoming ..I request if possible I book a room next to my niece,whom was previously checked in.The attendant was understanding and met my request cheerfully. Thank you for being so accommodating 👍👍

In general it’s good and comfy.

Room is spacious, nice facilities in the room.

The toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are not new, they were all used by previous resident). The lights in family room should be split between the bunk bed area and the main area.

The book in staff over the phone were abrupt and rude. However, the staff at reception and the cleaning staff were all very polite and friendly.

Nice place to stay in Woden area.

Location was great, rooms were spacious. We liked having a washing machine and small kitchen for our stay. Nice restaurant downstairs.

Beds could do with an upgrade, or the mattresses flipped. Water pipes made loud noise in the bathroom. Only public parking available across the road.
