Step out onto the private balcony of this charming corner unit for a beautiful direct view of sugar white sands and the Gulf of Mexico. You will find the living area with comfortable furniture for relaxing. The bedroom has a KING bed. Additional twin bunk beds with safety guard, and a queen sleeper sofa separated by a pocket door for privacy to accommodate other family members. This is going to be our get away place and more than just a rental. Quality furnishings include two flat-screen tvs with DVD players, a well equipped updated kitchen with modern counter-tops, and a renovated bathroom with glass enclosed shower, new tile floors and new vanity. In addition, a few vintage furniture pieces add to the charm. This 36-unit low density complex makes for an easy access to the elevator as well as a spacious beach area. Guests also have access to our locked storage closet located beach side to store your beach items or feel welcome to use our chairs and umbrellas. In the heart of Orange Beach, our unit is minutes from a wide selection of the best seafood you will find anywhere. After a day of adventure, jet-skiing, parasailing, fishing and other water sports, come home to a beautiful sunset viewed from you private balcony. We hope you enjoy our place as we do. In spite of the unseasonably cool temps, our unit had the perfect view to take in the ocean and sun on the 5th floor. Very quiet building. This room not is very clean and well equipped. I especially loved the swivel chair in the living room that faces right out to the ocean. The white sand beach is clean and perfect for shell collecting or a daily walk. We started and ended each day on the balcony, watching the sunrise and the sunset. Oh yeah, and the dolphin viewing from the balcony.

Great location. Excellent view. Cozy stay. And the beach itself is just amazing. We could see the dolphins from the balcony and watched them every morning. Also, Orange Beach is very accessible to Pensacola and surrounding areas. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay. Susan (Owner) was great to work with. May do it again some time. Perfect size Condo for two people. Only negative is that the elevator could have been a bit faster.

Upon arrival, elevator broken. Had to haul all our stuff to the 5th floor. Pool not clean, was closed for a couple days. Balcony good size but could not get enough breeze to keep cool - the building seemed to be angled and did not allow the ocean breeze to come thru.

We were with family in a condo in Pensacola but wanted a few days oceanside alone. The condo was as described. It is obvious the owners have thought about what guests need to be comfortable. We needed no shoppingother than the few groceries we carried in. The view is fabulous! Will stay again!

Very nice. As advertised. Bed in bedroom was comfortable, but note that anyone taller than a 10 year old probably will not be able to sleep comfortably on the bunk beds. Loved having such easy access to such a beautiful beach. Chairs and beach toys in storage closet were a very nice convenience. I recommend this place and would happily return.

My husband & I stayed here for a concert in The Wharf. The location was perfect and such a blissful getaway. You are just steps away from putting your toes in the sand. Sitting on the balcony is just as dreamy. The owners did get creative with the space so if you are a family of 4 it will work. Our only issue was every morning at 5 am a very noisy truck would come and be as loud as can be for about 15 min. The first day we thought it was trash pick up but as it went into every day we just don't know. Bring earplugs. Lovely hosts and a great place!

Orange beach is amazing every time i visit. The condo we had was FULL of extra amenities that were both thoughtful and useful! I remember my wife telling me how comfortable she felt there at the property. I really appreciate the communication and will most definitely be looking this unit up when we visit again! On a side note... the elevator seams to need service and in fact did breakdown for just a short time. Thanks for the accommodations!

Outstanding location, plus great weather (thanks nature!) made this vacation week a memorable stay. The new elevator provided a more reliable transport to the condos for sure. A great place to unwind, kick off your cares and sleep in. The condo is furnished with everything needed to have a great time.

We loved it! The moment we walked in we noticed the cutely decorated hallway, and the rest of the condo was even better. There was a little surprise in kitchen from the host, which was an especially nice touch. The king sized bed with pillows for days, was super comfortable. Plenty of space to unpack and dresser space. Bathroom had a walk in shower with a high shower head which was great my husband is 6’5 so he didn’t have to slump down to fit. We were able to catch the sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. We would definitely book again!

Myself and my good friend, opposite sex, stayed three nights. I place was really clean, the decor was wonderful but the view!!! This is a 5 star view from the balcony. I would recommend this condo 10/10. Would definitely stay there again.
