The south property line borders the Pantano River Park Trail. Lemmon, a popular escape during the summer months for many Tucsonans. Averaging 30 degrees cooler than Tucson, Mt. Lemmon is a great place to explore a different environmental ecosystem. With skiing available in winter months, and many more miles of hiking trails, Mt.
