Its a nice comfort hotel, clean cozy room with lovely bed. Nice varieties of breakfast food too. Friendly receptionist staffs which I say thankful much, as they really patient and help me when I'm having a little bit problem on my booking registration. I like the hotel's location, near to the resident's amenities (local restaurant, groceries shops).
So far so good. not bad at all.

Very professional and helpful staff, speak great english.
The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.
All amenities were provided, room service was quite speedy.
Room carpets were dirty and bathrooms a little unmaintained e.g clogged shower drain, loose bidet

The beds are comfortable and large (though we booked a deluxe double but got given 2 singles) with a choice of pillows.
The spa facilities are great. The gym has more in it than most hotel gyms I’ve experienced but could do with heavier dumbbells (max 10kg is pitiful!)
The food was alright
The need for lots of artificial scents constantly pervading the entire hotel is never a good sign. The bedroom stank of the drains (sewage) and got a horrific waft through the aircon. It actually woke me up - no lie.
They have alcohol on the menu but wouldn’t serve us any - didn’t understand the waitress as to why.
The staff at the reception desk said we could pay for dinner by card - this was not available so was forced to withdraw cash - something I had planned on not doing.
We also ended up with someone else’s dry cleaning in our room - even when we’d left the ‘do not disturb’ sign on.
