City Code Enforcement: As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. We absolutely loved the outdoor area. Pool was amazing. The house had so many different areas of entertainment. The pool with so many pool toys, putting green, fire pit, all the games inside the home. The house was also very clean and had so much space for our entire family. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back again for a visit.

This house is great for families! The outdoor area will keep everyone in the family entertained for your entire stay! When you aren’t outside there is plenty to do inside. The host has thought of everything and has every board game you can think of to keep the family entertained. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome house with plenty of room. This place has 3 master suites. Has all the outdoor amenities you could want. Heated pool with slide,spa,gas grill, gas fire pit and more. Also a great game room with pinball, air hockey table tennis and foos ball

This property was very comfortable to stay in. We enjoyed the heated hot tub most of all. Every bedroom was super comfortable, all the details had been thought through. We would stay here again. If you are sight-seeing, this location in Chandler was about 20 to 30 minutes from most of the tourist attractions we were interest in for our visit.

We absolutely love this property, it has become our go to for AZ vacations. The house is perfect for larger groups, and there are plenty of things to do for kids of all ages. The best part about this property is the management company, they never disappoint. This property is managed like a resort, not like most you find on B&B sites. They are always a call or text away, and they do absolutely anything to accommodate you and make sure you enjoy your stay. We have made this, and any of the Elite Vacation properties, our standard for getaways.

Amazing Long Weekend Getaway
We had 6 people in our group, ranging in age from 11 to 72. Each of us really enjoyed the house. Everything was exactly as described. By far, our favorite house we have stayed in while in the Phoenix area. We actually booked it again for next year and we can’t wait to stay there again.

What a spacious clean house! With 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, we had plenty of room for our group of 10.
The amenities were that of a mini resort and the teens had more to do than time available. Management was easy to get ahold of and extremely helpful.
Would definitely come back and stay at Tonto.

The Perfect Chandler Stay
Our stay at Tonto was perfect. The beds were all very comfortable and it was so nice that they were king/queens. We had plans to do activities during our stay but we enjoyed Tonto so much we spent an entire day there. Tonto had such a range of activities from board games, ping pong, and backyard activities such as mini golf and swimming, we were able to enjoy quality time playing with each other and relaxing by the pool and hot tub! We highly recommend this place! Especially for families or big groups!

Absolute Pleasure
This property provides the experience that all others should compare themselves to. I don’t mean the size and amenities, which were equally impressive, but the experience as a whole. This is the most well managed property we have ever stayed at, and their team provides so many extra little touches to ensure your stay is memorable. The home is beautiful, the space & seatings is extremely generous, the pool was a huge hit and the game room was as well. More than that; it was absolutely immaculate and they really thought of everything. It is managed like the finer resorts we have stated and, and they regularly check with you to make sure your stay is going well. The kitchen has every tool you could possibly need, and they even had snacks and bottled water waiting for us. There is a service that comes to take the trash cans to the curb for you, they really do not miss a thing. When I am on vacation, I like it to be just that….a vacation! This property left nothing for me to do, except enjoy my time with my family. Absolutely the gold standard, and the model that every “vacation” property should strive to be. It was the very best experience we’ve ever had at a vacation rental, and we will most certainly stay here anytime we’re in town.

Great chandler location
Large house with all the bells and whistles. The house was clean and had room for everyone. Loved the backward and pool area. We paid extra for it to be heated which was needed this time of year. We did have some trouble with the hot tub heating up consistently but they were attentive to the issue. Thanks for the stay!

The pictures of the house and pool area represent the property very well. It was clean and not run down from being a rental property. We really had no negative opinions of the house or property. Everything worked as expected with the only exception being the pool lights, which for us was only a minor inconvenience. Overall I would absolutely recommend this property.

Great little get away
We booked the “Tonto” house as a mini get away for two families for spring break. We have (3) boys all 13 years old that enjoyed playing mini golf on the green, basketball in the pool, ping pong and bags. We loved the water feature on the pool, it was really nice to hear when the windows were open or drown out any other sounds. There was no shortage of chairs inside or out, home owners provided plenty of beach towels and even have some extras in case you forgot (swim suit, sunscreen). Brandan, was very helpful when it came to figuring out the pool heating system. There is an app that sadly didn't work which would have been a bit simpler. We loved sitting by the fire pit at night, were bummed that the kids couldn't night swim since the lights in the pool weren't working. Kitchen was fully stocked, so we were able to cook all of our meals without any problems! We struggled getting the grill to work, although we were able to get burgers, we weren't confident we could do much more on it. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. We only used the tv once or twice but there were TVs in every room with the smart capacity which is an added bonus! Air hockey was great, but the pinball machine seems to be on its last leg. Overall the house suited us perfectly, the customer service was great and we really enjoyed our quick little getaway!

house was very nice but seemed like it was beat up by last visitors(outside solar lights were laying on ground, pinball machine didn't work / game room was barely used as ping pong net was broken too). The lights in pool never worked our entire stay so we only used the hot tub at night (as they got the lights in hot tub fixed halfway through our stay. All in all a great set up in backyard. Nice place but not worth what we paid for it.

We had pool problems with lights and jets. By the time the lights got fixed it was time to go. Great vacation great house but as soon as sun went down we couldnt be out back none of the lights worked out side as well.

Amazing Pool!
We had a great time. The pool and game room were both big hits with our kids!!! Property managers were very responsive. Would definitely come back. The electric starter for the grill was not working by could be easily lit with a lighter. The pool ipad controls worked well.

The house and pool were amazing! Pool iPad didn’t work but they were great about showing us how to turn it all on manually. There could have been more things stocked like trash bags and cleaning things. Other then that it was great and we would stay again!

The house is clean and perfect for large groups. The pool and outdoor amenities were perfect. The pool was already preheated before our arrival and there was good communication to check in us periodically to assure everything was going well. No complaints 5 stars!!!
