Just a "stones-throw" from the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay, this family house has everything you would need for a great holiday. Delightful designer kitchen, two master bedrooms each with ensuite, 2 more bedrooms and a family bathroom, plus an awesome home theatre room. Ideal for wedding groups, or two or three families with loads of room. With 4 bunk beds in the back bedroom, there are also trundle beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sofa-bed in the Home Cinema which are available at a small additional cost.
This house has been built to exacting standards by the owner and no expense has been spared to create a quality holiday experience.
Enjoy the hospitality and tranquility of Halcyon Bay; it's a great place for children and adults alike.
Facilities: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 queen beds, 2 single beds, 4 bunk beds, 1 sofa bed, 2 trundle beds, sleeps 10 (+4 at extra cost)

We also supply a STARTER PACK of essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, dishwashing liquid, 2 x toilet rolls per toilet to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay.
All facilities are presented in good faith but due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control we do not guarantee the availability of any particular item or service during your stay though we will make every reasonable effort to ensure all is in order.

the house is in a quiet collective, a stone's throw from the water of Halcyon Bay in Dunsborough. Good cooking facilities, outdoor and indoor eating spaces and room for the family to gather.
very short walk into Dunsborough for a coffee or close to lots of eateries and activities
