Situated beside the idyllic Geographe Bay this 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home features modern furnishings and a spacious living area with a well equipped kitchen. The main living area contains a large flat screen TV, a DVD player and stereo system. A second family room contains a flat screen TV and DVD player; providing a place to relax or convert it to a fifth bedroom using the comfortable sofa bed (at a small additional cost).
A covered and paved BBQ area combined with the grassed area at the rear ensures there is space to enjoy a barbecue in your private outdoor entertaining area. It's also fully enclosed so it's great for children.
With the beach less than 150 meters from your door, with no roads to cross, you'll be on the white sandy beach of the tranquil Geographe Bay in no time. On your return wash the sand off in the hot outdoor shower or treat yourself to a relaxing bath. A ten minute stroll will see you in the heart of Dunsborough amidst the local shops and cafes.
With its proximity to WA's top beaches, wineries, restaurants and other attractions, this truly is Paradise.

The house was beautifully kept. So clean and a great layout for families. The kitchen was fully equipped with enough cups, plates, cutlery, utensils etc. So close to the beach and a safe walk with kids as there is no roads to cross to access it. Amazing place

Communication was easy, as was check-in and check out, great space for 2 families.
The weather was a little rainy but lots of space for movie watching and board games.
Beach access was brilliant as was outdoor shower for sandy feet!
An easy walk into town.
Gated backyard which is important as we have a little one.
