Extremely comfortable room in a beautiful setting. The pool was directly outside our room. The bed was very comfortable, and the small kitchen area was very handy.
The room was perfect for our needs.

This is a lovely historic hotel full of character. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. My room and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, with loads of choice.
The hotel is situated quite a way from the town (about 20-25 minutes walk) so you need to factor this in when eating out in the evening. The reception and bar are only manned until 6pm, but fortunately we arrived before then.

Beautiful old buildings, delightful garden, good room and facilities and very friendly staff
There were no problems. We were on bikes so getting into the village for a meal was no problem. It would be harder for walkers.

This is a beautiful setting. Our room was the bridal suite and was very specious- lots of room! The shower was in a tower! Our host was very special telling us about our room and making sure we had what we needed. It’s a little far from the Camino river walk but worth the extra effort. Breakfast was the best!
We were surprised that for the bridal suite the bed wasn’t a better quality mattress. We both kept rolling into the middle and so didn’t sleep as well.
