Such a perfect location, 10 mins along the beach to get to the main area. Very basic room but had what we needed
Could do with some air con as it gets very warm at night, but we were pre warned about this.

Very basic accommodation at the end of pattaya Beach. Garden room with aircon. Lovely location. Bed was very hard but staff put another tone on the mattress which did help. Food at restaurant delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful. Had an enjoyable stay

Room was clean enough quiet and dark BUT this is NOT a luxury place — pricey for what you get
Price too high. No hot water. Bed mattress is poor quality.

Absolutely stunning location directly on the beach. Large fridge freezer in the room.Walk up the beach approximately quarter of a mile to walking street
This is very basic accommodation no air conditioning no hot water. Fan in room. The bed does not have a proper mattress although I understand you can request one at additional cost. This is the most basic of accommodation. My review is conflicting though as the location is stunning. This really is sleeping in a hut on the beach.Owners should invest and would quickly recoup their outlay
