The room was spacious, very clean and modern and large. Very close to Naxos centre about a 10-15 minute walk. The young lady Elife at reception was very helpful and polite.
Please please get softer pillows 😬 we had a problem with the air conditioning the first day with water pouring out but it’s was fixed within the 1st half hour. Plus some of the electric plug sockets were abit dicey, switching off electric if we plugged things in? We just didn’t use those for the reminder of the trip

The room was always clean and spacious and the receptionist was friendly and helpful, We liked the swimming pool on the roof even though we did not find the time to spend time there as Naxos is a big island and we wanted to explore it.
The only thing we did not like is that the hotel is a bit far (not very far but not that close-from chora (centre) you cannot go there by car as there are not enough parking places. Also there is no sufficient parking for the rented cars at the hotel. Another thing we did not like is that suppliers were blocking the entrance....we had to wait for them to move their cars so as to leave with our own rented car. That was our only problem. The rest were fine.

The staff was very pleasant and eager to help, cleanliness was superb and the hotel's location was at a good spot.
WiFi didn't work at all. Mobile reception is also blocked on the rooms, and because wifi was not working, wifi calling was also not available. Staying on the second floor without an elevator and a small child was exhausting in carrying things up and down the floors, plus the beach equipment.

No wardrobes or shelves to put clothes on and the open plan downstairs bedroom arrangement
