Spacious, modern and clean! Huge bathroom, separate kitchen area outside with large fridge and microwave. Huge balcony area, really big comfortable bed with great aircon and a TV. Lovely sitting area at the bottom of the property with sea view. Tops daily, 30 second walk down the road with a handful of restaurants too. Bike rental literally opposite side of the road which was so helpful and good price, and a cafe next door. Location great but like anywhere in Koh Phangnan would suggest getting transport. Cleaned everyday and provided bath and beach towels! Thank you for a great stay!

Location, villas look nice from outside & inside, cleaning every 2 days.
Aggressive dogs at reception, run at you barking & growling.
Bed perhaps the most uncomfortable i've every slept in.
