The building felt safe and secure. Excellent location, close to shops and restaurants. Nice balconies, very spacious, plenty of storage, fans provided if needed, AC worked. Nice towels, some basics in the kitchen and bathroom but we had to buy our own toiletries as the soaps provided were just too small. Good communication and helpful staff.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
It was noisy all the time, so if you're a light sleeper it's very difficult to rest.

I’m visiting a friend and the location is absolutely perfect. It is literally a few mins walk from S Como Giovanni station. The ease to collect the key for the flat with detailed instructions. The flat is clean and functional.
The curtains are very thin as others have mentioned before. The bed is a little soft. As the flat is facing a busy main road, the traffic noise would be a concern for most people but fortunately not for me.

I recently stayed at this apartment and overall had a pleasant experience. The space is comfortable and well-equipped, meeting all the basic standards for a short stay. One of the biggest advantages is its location — it's just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around very convenient
However, it's important to note that the apartment is situated on a very busy and noisy street. If you're sensitive to noise, especially during the night or early morning, this might be a downside. Earplugs helped, but the traffic can still be quite loud.
