We had a wonderful stay at Veronica’s place which is conveniently close to the train station. She was very helpful and made several suggestions on what to see and do. The house is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Highly recommend staying there!

We were so grateful for the warm welcome, incredible suggestions and beautiful apartment. The location near the train station was absolutely perfect for our needs. Surprisingly, we never heard a single train, announcement, etc. Don’t let the proximity to the station deter you. If you are traveling by train, it’s an absolute plus.

I would recommend this apartment to our family and friends without any hesitation. This apartment in Como was perfect in everyway except one. The apartment is not airconditioned. Putting aside the lack of airconditioning, we could not have been happier. The host, Veronica, was generous with her time and knowledge of Como. She met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment - which was very close to the train station. Not that you could hear the trains going to and from the station from the apartment. The apartment is a two level apartment was located on the first floor in a very clean, tidy secured apartment complex. The apartment was perfect for up to 6 people with every modern convenience you could wish for including a washing machine. The beds in the apartment were all very comfortable. We were in Como in mid July 2023 and it got a bit hot some days. Whilst it would have been nice to have returned to an airconditioned apartment, we found that the apartment was able to be cooled enough with open windows and fans. We will return to Como again soon and will definitely stay in this apartment if it is available. Thank you to Veronica. You were an amazing host.

Excellent communication and info from Veronica who met us at the train station. Convenient for the train and walk into Como and the Lake. Lots of advice about where to eat and what to do. Veronica even booked us into a local restaurant for our wedding anniversary. Would recommend as Veronica could not have done more to make our 3 night stay in Como perfect

Como was our first stop on our trip, and we were so pleased with our first couple nights in Italy! Owners were very friendly, helpful, and flexible. The place was comfortable, quiet, clean, and cute! thank you for a wonderful stay!

Veronica’s property is in a prime location for Lake Como, just a few minutes walk from the train station. Veronica will meet you at the train station and show you the property along with her recommendations for the area. The property is super clean and neat. Her husband has a boating license and offered to take our group on a private boat tour. Definitely take him up on this offer as the boat tour was our favorite thing we did on the trip. You choose how long of a tour and what cities you want to visit and he will take care of the rest. We had such a fun time! Veronica is a very accommodating and friendly host and I highly recommend this listing.

The apartment is super suitable for 2 couples (and 2 children). Offers enough space and invites you to linger. The proximity to the train station is also great and that you have a parking space directly at the house. The landlady was very accommodating, super nice and has given helpful tips and info.

We loved this apartment. Well situated near the train station. Looks out onto a beautiful park. The hostess met us at the train station and oriented us. She then passed us a list of her favorite places. We happily ate our way through Italy and enjoyed our stay immensely.

The apartment is well situated close to center of Como and well equipped and very spacious. Absolutely no complaints. The parking facility is fine and directions given by Veronica, the owner was most helpful - we had a great stay in Como.

Very central within walking distance of everything inComo
We had a most enjoyable 4-hight stay in this well-appointed and well located apartment. Whilst we had a car we parked it for the entire period of our stay and walked everywhere. Veronica and Michael were great hosts, going out of their way to help us locate the property on a late and very rainy night and made sure that we had everything we needed for our first night's stay. Our only criticism and it is a minor issue, is that we found the shower in the second bathroom challenging as it was over the bath tub and there was no shower curtain, but the water was hot and the apartment comfortable. We would certainly recommend this place.

The apartment was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. It is well located, plenty of space. Car parking available.

Plenty of space and the location was quiet but still close to the lake. Don't stay there if u are looking for a nice view from the apt though. Beds were very comfortable. I think you should invest in nicer looking bath mats and stock a little with extra toilet paper and soap for the bath. Overall a good value and I would recommend it to others.

This place is perfect and Veronica was the perfect host!
We were traveling throughout Italy with our 2 children and this place was far and away our favorite apartment! Veronica accommodated our late arrival and even helped us carry our luggage in with our tired children. Her apartment was spotless and she even had a bottle of wine waiting for us. The train station was a 2 minute walk away, which was great for our day trip to Lugano. Walking to the water or to the center of town was quick as well. We never moved our car once during our 4 day trip. Veronica answered my questions quickly and even gave us restaurant recommendations during our stay. We will absolutely be back!

Lovely apartment away from crowds
This is a nice and large apartment just steps from the tourist areas, so it's quiet and secure- but also close to everything you want to do. Our hosts, Victoria and Marco, were so kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were great. Fully stocked kitchen- did some cooking for breakfast. We had dinner both nights right down the street at Trattoria Pizzaria Borgovico! YUM.

We were very happy with the apartment in Como. Very clean, comfortable and roomy. Conveniently close to the train station which worked perfectly for us. Also easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in town. Our host was super friendly and helpful. Overall a top pick.

Excellent, highly recommend to friends and family
This was our first time using HomeAway and we had an excellent experience. Veronica organised pick up from the airport and even though our luggage was lost and our phone didn't work the driver was still there after a considerable delay. When we arrived, Veronica met us at the apartment and it was already warmed up. The pictures do not do this apartment justice. It is beautiful, modern and with heaps of character. We are a family of 6 adults and we fit easily. The location is perfect. Quiet yet easy walking distance to all the main sites. Thank you Veronica for a wonderful stay and for the many extras.
