The host was very nice and waited till late for me to arrive.
Communication was a problem. I had trouble contacting the host by phone and emailing, to inform that I would be late arriving. Said she was only on “What’s app.”

Very quiet, Nicoletta was lovely. Even though not part of the booking she made me beautiful Italian coffee :) I was 3 hours early but able to check in early. The room is compact but beautifully appointed.
Nothing there are stairs but it’s quite clear in the booking and not many.

Nicoletta is an amazing host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. She made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect, just a short walk to both the beach and the old town.
I also had the pleasure of dining at her daughter’s restaurant, where the food was outstanding and the service was exceptional.
Thank you, Nicoletta, for your wonderful hospitality. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
