The hotel is nice and convenient. The breakfast was excellent. The staff person Greta was fantastic. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. The coffee for breakfast the only thing that could improve

This hotel was very nice and cute. Staff was very friendly and took great care. Breakfast had many choices and breakfast staff was very helpful.
Only issue is there are no elevators.
Carrying heavy suitcases can be a major hassle.
Luckily the staff helped us with that but without staff it is very difficult to carry up 3 flight of stairs

We loved staying at the Hotel Souvenir! The rooms were air conditioned which was so great as we were there during the extra hot days. The breakfast was a real treat as were the various areas to enjoy our food. The desk person was so very nice and helpful. I would return to this property in a heartbeat.
