Friendly and cosy apartment

Spacy living room with cosy and comfortable couch. Basic equipment in the kitchen. The host is very helpful and friendly.

Very soft bed. Noice from the streets and surrounding houses can be annoying to light-sleepers. The host does not speak english.

This place is perfectly located, but it needs a little tlc

The location is great and the host is friendly.

Stayed here for 8 nights, I must say the location is great and the host if friendly. The bedding is fine, could use some new pillows. Apartment was clean. The kitchenette well that’s a whole other story. Also, no broom or any cleaning products besides dishwashing soap to help keep the place tidy. When we got there the fridge was not plugged in. Plugged it in, settled and went to do a little grocery. Put the stuff in the fridge and the next morning my veggies were all frozen. We did not think to look at the settings. Frankly, I don’t think it’s the guest’s responsibility. Had to throw out salads, a bag of carrot and a few other things. Then when I came to make eggs the next morning, the pans are good for the garbage. I mean terrible. No spatula. The espresso maker had never been cleaned, I had to scrub it with salt and run it with water 4 times only to get some of the old residue off. There was a cheese grater that had old cheese stuck on it. A cooking pot, the inside bottom looked rusted. Good thing he had an another one that was decent made my scrabble eggs in there. The plastic spoon for cooking had food stuck on it, a glass bowl had some sticky stuff in it and full of dust. It was pretty bad. This place is obviously for 3 to 4 nights stay, for guests that don’t want to cook and that’s fine. But for an 8 night stay I wouldn’t recommend. I made a formal complaint; I don’t think the price charged is fair. Pictures should also be updated.

A good priced apartment and a good location

The apartment was close to the venue I was visiting it was close to shops and bars but far away enough that wasn’t noisy.

La struttura aveva un po' tutto il necessario.

Un posto letto era abbarbicato in cima a una scala a muro piuttosto particolare ed anche pericolosa. Altri due posti letto ricavati nel soggiorno erano piuttosto scomodi. Discreta la camera da letto anche se piccola e non dotata di un vero armadio. Eccessivo il costo per l'insieme offerto. Grande la cortesia del proprietario.

L'appartement est meublé simplement mais il y a le nécessaire pour passer un bon sejour et profiter de la ville. Et justement, il est très bien situé pour la découvrir à pied ! Enfin, l'hôte est extrêmement accueillant et serviable et pourra vous aider à profiter au mieux de tout ce que la ville a à proposer :)

Posizione super centrale ma nello stesso tempo un quartiere tranquillo senza rumori di traffico. L'host molto disponibile, per ogni esigenza scrivevo su whatsapp e mi ha sempre risposto subito!
