I had a very comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Suites Kuwait Salmiya. The location is excellent, close to the waterfront, shopping areas and many great restaurants, making it a convenient choice for both business and leisure. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and professional throughout my stay.
The suite was spacious, exceptionally clean and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and plenty of room to relax or work. The hotel was quiet despite its central location, and everything was maintained to a high standard. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options, and the overall experience reflected the quality and consistency I expect from IHG. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Kuwait.
There was very little to dislike. If anything, some areas of the hotel could benefit from a more modern refresh, but everything was clean, functional and well maintained, so it didn’t affect my stay.

The restaurant have delectable buffet dishes wide options with special treats for kids. The staffs are welcoming and very accommodating. Play area for kids is a plus factor ❤️

1- there was a door between my room and the room next to me, i could hear them clearly which was not pleasant and lack of privacy for both. (i booked a studio suite)
2- the pillows were not comfortable at all! far too soft and thin, the next morning i asked for a hard one, unfortunately it was too hard and very high!!!
3- i gave the front desk my IHG club member number when i checked out, until now my 4 nights stay points were not added! i am so disappointed.
my previous stay in December 2022 was a much better experience.
