It was tasty and the view was just amazing
the washroom was too small and room lights were too low.
Ac at the room n washroom side was not working very well

Value for money, free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel (just one way😞), free extra beds in both suites, swimming pool, various amenities just beside the hotel, such as groceries, barbershop, cafeterias, fast food shops. We didn’t use the restaurant, so we can’t evaluate it. The staff tried to be helpful as long as they can.
The suites key cards were not working from the first day to the last (5 nights😞). I told the management about this challenge, several times, but with no help 😞.
In addition, what made it difficult to us is that you can’t move from one floor to another without a key card for the same floor ( since we were a family and were given suites at different floors, the 12th and 13th, the communications between us were lost because the cards weren’t working and can’t be used to move from one floor to another.😞
I noticed that several guests were facing similar issues, and were complaining about various services!!!
I believe it’s important to consider guests comments and notes to get their satisfaction and loyalty. I hope the hotel management will take into account our comments, recommendations and suggestions to improve the services.
