Wonderful Three Bedroom Townhome in Old Town North
About this house rental
Awesome 3 Bedroom townhome just north of Old Town in Fort Collins. You'll have the place to yourself to enjoy during your vacation, trip or whatever brings you to town. Located just 1 mile from the heart of downtown, this house is located in a very charming newer neighborhood. You should have everything you need, towels, linens and toiletries. The kitchen will be stocked and able to cook a meal for all. We'll cover entertainment as well with TV's in every room. All bedrooms all have King beds and are super comfy! Two bedrooms are on the 2nd floor while the first floor does hold 1 of the bedrooms. The sofa in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa, if you need sleeping arrangements for up to 8. Each bedroom has a 43" TV with a roku streaming stick. You'll be logged into prime video, Disney+ and Netflix if you'd like to enjoy a show or two during your stay. The living room has a 55" TV and an Xfinity box to watch a movie or the big game. Seating at the kitchen counter can hold up to 6 and there should be enough dinnerware to serve more than that Enjoy your stay!

A nice modern house in a great location. The garage was a huge plus with the sub zero snowy weather.

We stayed for our one night in Ft Collins. Check-in was easy. The place was very clean. Comfortable beds. Decorated really cute! On the edge of town...we came from Cheyenne and it was so easy to find.
We drove down to old town for food and entertainment....too far for us to walk but some people might try to walk it.
If we come back to Ft Collins we would book this place again. I wish every VRBO was like this one.

We needed a place in Fort Collins that could accommodate my husband and myself and our daughter and her husband. It made it easy to
have meals in-between all of the pre and post wedding events. It is in excellent condition. It is close to downtown Fort Collins and walking distance to the New Belgium Brewery which was fun to go to on the weekend.

Beautiful townhouse! It was spacious for all 4 of us! Beds were super comfy ! Loved having TVs in all the bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. The owner was very receptive and very helpful. Perfect quite neighborhood! Soo close to old town n all the wonderful shops and restaurants!!

House was clean and close to all the bars and restaurants in Foco. Didn't speak much with the host, but wasn't a bad thing as that is my preference, however they were quick to reply whenever i did need to talk with them.

Loved the location and everything about the residence. Description is spot on. If you plan on using the pull-out bed…. You might go sideways. Slept well the 2nd and 3rd nights!

Great Short-Term Rental
Very responsive owner. If you’re looking for a place to stay during your time in Fort Collins, look no further. Clean, comfortable bedding, provided Tide pods, toiletries, paper products. Close to CSU, Old Town shopping and many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Justin, for letting us stay in your lovely home!

Great communication and accommodation with property owner!
Property owner was great at communicating with us and accommodating an early check in so we could make it to the CSU tailgate and game. Property is close to old town and was comfortable.

This was a great place to stay! It was clean. It was decorated beautifully. It was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beads were super comfortable. The location was close to downtown and the university. We will stay here again.

Really a comfortable stay. 3 bedrooms all with their own bath is perfect for three couples! Downstairs open kitchen with living room provided for great conversations! Quiet neighborhood and close to old town.
