Awesome 2 Bedroom townhome just north of Old Town in Fort Collins. You'll have the place to yourself to enjoy during your vacation, trip or whatever brings you to town. Located just 1 mile from the heart of downtown, this house is located in a very charming newer neighborhood. You should have everything you need, towels, linens and toiletries. The kitchen will be stocked and able to cook a meal for all. We'll cover entertainment as well with TV's in every room. All bedrooms all have King beds and are super comfy! Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There is also an office area that has a queen bed setup for additional sleeping. No doors however!! The sofa in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa, if you need sleeping arrangements for up to 8. Each bedroom has a 55" TV with a roku streaming stick. You'll be logged into prime video, Disney+ and Netflix if you'd like to enjoy a show or two during your stay. The living room has a 55" TV and an Xfinity box to watch a movie or the big game. Seating at the kitchen counter can hold up to 3 and there should be enough dinnerware to serve more than that. There is also an adjacent dining area with table and seating for 6! Enjoy your stay!
