Good quiet location near the train station. A bit of a walk to palace etc but a very pleasant walk and it was nice to be out of the busy area. Free tea and coffee was a nice surprise. Supermarket round the corner was very handy.
Kitchen area and cookware were dirty, had to clean all kitchenware before using any of it. Also a lot of hairs in the shower.

Friendly staff, clean room, stylish, easy parking. Perfect for families. Nice largr park just next to and many places to eat around.
Noisy fridge all night and impossible to stop the air conditioning resulting in very dry air in the bedroom. Kids complained not to be able to sleep well.

The receptionist during the night shift is one of the best guys I have ever met in a hotel. Super helpful, very nice and professional. The hotel was very nice, our apartment had everything we needed. The breakfast had a nice little buffet and the location was just perfect as it was not far from the city center.
Parking was not easy, the underground parking is nice but there is a very limited amount of space and availability. Outside it is possible to park but you need to pay after 8 am if I am not wrong.

Room was comfortable bed was good!
Staff at checking was more focused on getting home asap than checking in. We were late 22.00 but did not know that would be an issue? I had to search myself where to go and were the room was, as i only got handed the card and it was around the corner outside 40 second conversation. Breakfast was very limited choices. I wanted to mention this when checking out but nobody was available only a basket for the keycard. Sorry would have preferred to mention this personally.
