The incredible kind host makes you feel welcome right away! The rooms were nice and clean, all utilities were taken care of. This stay was a definite 10/10 for us and we highly recommend everyone in Sighnaghi to book here!

The room was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host and staff were extremely kind and welcoming. They provided the best hospitality we experienced during our trip to Georgia. We truly appreciate their kindness and wish them all the best

Mzia, whose family owns the guesthouse, is so warm & welcoming. It was a delight to enjoy the embrace of her hospitality. The terrace views from the front of the house, especially when the Caucasus are visible, are sublime. The guesthouse is outside the town’s center, so it is quiet, peaceful & surrounded by birdsong. The property is very tidy & clean, albeit basic. The breakfasts are absolutely amazing.
Our room would have been more comfortable with a few amenities, such as a shelf in the bathroom to place toiletries, more hangers, & tea or coffee to use with the electric kettle.
