About this house rental
Nestled in Breckenridge, this lovely house for $1,076 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Moose Run Lodge is a beautiful, tri-level, large (4000 sq. ft.) family home in Breckenridge on 1/2 acre in that can easily handle groups of up to 14-16 people with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, and an outdoor deck with hot tub. Located less than a mile from Main Street in a quiet area at the south end of Breckenridge (near the train museum and ice rink), it’s private but still close enough for easy access to enjoy all of Breck’s great dining, shopping and entertainment. There is a shuttle stop and parking lot for skiing approximately 8 blocks from the house by the ice rink. We keep 6 mountain bikes (3A, 3Y) with helmets on property for our guests use for the short ride into town or to ride on the many trails in and around Breckenridge. Home is recently remodeled with gourmet kitchen appliances and premium amenities. The kitchen is completely renovated and updated with all new appliances. We have a new built-in Miele coffee maker for homemade coffee's and expresso's. There is a 6 burner Thermador gas range with double oven below, stand alone Keurig coffee maker, and wine refrigerator. The formal dining area table seats 10, plus there’s island seating in the kitchen. We provide basic kitchen and laundry supplies for guests during their stay (paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing and laundry detergents etc.) Newly installed whole home integrated digital home entertainment system with all new Smart Tv's and Roku's. There is 1 GB speed internet and Wi-Fi throughout the house. Comcast Xfinity Premium Package with 220 + channels. The main level features the kitchen, a master bedroom with bathroom and two main living areas. There is a great room off the kitchen with a stone fireplace and large LCD TV, plus a bonus living room area with a sleeper sofa and arm chair surrounding a beautiful stone gas fireplace with LCD TV. There is a large deck off the main living area with a hot tub and a wrought iron patio table that seats eight. For cooking outdoors there is a new large gas grill plus a traditional Weber Charcoal Grill for old school grillers. One the Main level there is a master bedroom on the main level with a king size bed and an LCD TV and private bathroom. Upstairs, there is large master suite with private balcony that features a king bed, a large private bathroom with a newly re-modelled walk-in tile shower and brand new soaker tub. There are two queen bedrooms on this level, too, as well as a recently renovated Jack and Jill bathroom. Also, on this level there is a loft/reading nook with seating area and Apple IMac computer. There is a dedicated laundry room on the upper level with a new full size washer and dryer. We provide laundry supplies for you. The lower level can be used as a kid or family zone. There are 2 additional bedrooms that each feature Captain bunk beds (twin on Top and full on the Bottom). There is also a sectional sleeper sofa with bedding in the main area. There is a 3/4 newly renovated bathroom on this level. There’s also a lower level living/game room with a new full sized Ms. Pacman Arcade game for the kids. In addition there is a foosball table and Poker table with chips. The room is centered around a 65" LCD Smart TV with X-box, movies, games, puzzles and books. Other amenities in this home include a 2 car garage with extra parking in the driveway. During Ski season there are 2 racks of ski boot dryers in the garage and two car bays. During the summer we use one of the bays to house the bikes and other outdoor equipment. We keep two sets of golf clubs for guests to use. Breckenridge Golf Club is located 10 minutes from the house. Had an excellent time at this property. It was very clean and pictures are very accurate to the property. It was fully stocked with everything we could have wanted and more. The blankets on the couch were my favorite thing ever, I I have looked up the brand to order my own.

This property was everything it promised and more. It is incredibly well stocked with everything you need. The few items that needed attention were quickly addressed. Mike is an excellent host and we highly recommend this property! We enjoyed the bikes and hot tub and had easy access to beautiful hiking trails and great restaurants in town.

We spent a week at this home in Breckenridge for a family vacation. The home was a wonderful base for our group of 10, including 4 children. The house is very nicely updated with an awesome kitchen. The bedrooms are as described and offered great options for the family. We enjoyed the walk to town and also the moose sightings down the road. We would definitely choose this home again if we are in the area.

My husband and I just spent the past week celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our kids and grandkids, ages 8-15. The house was wonderful with plenty of space for everyone. It was by far the best equipped rental where we’ve stayed. Breckinridge is a fun town with so much to do nearby. We rode the gondola, hiked, biked, rented a boat and fished, zip lined,
took a gold mine tour and sled dog tour, enjoyed the hot tub, and the kid’s favorite - rafting. Michael was the best host. Before we got there, he provided great information and once there, he responded immediately with any concerns or questions we had. I highly recommend this home and hope you enjoy it as much as my family and I did.

Our party of 6 adults loved our stay at this beautiful home! Our group encompassed 3 generations and the home offered something for everyone. It's evident that the hosts go out of their way to provide extra special touches for their guests, such as beverages waiting upon our arrival, luggage stands in each bedroom closet, specialized appliances (e.g. upscale coffee machines, high-end large appliances, a frozen margarita machine, etc.). The kitchen was fully stocked with all types of cookware and utensils, which enabled us to prepare any type of meal. Another significant advantage of this home, that isn't necessarily viewable from the hosts' photos, is the layout of the primary gathering area. The kitchen and the family room share an open space, allowing multiple people to congregate during meal prep -- or, while watching movies. Also, the deck is located directly off the kitchen & family room which supports indoor/outdoor living. The deck includes a gas grill, outdoor dining set, and hot tub. The deck is mostly east facing so it offered some nice shade & tranquility during the latter part of the afternoon. The beds were very comfortable after a day of recreation. The bathrooms are all modernized & very clean. Last, the hosts were incredible --- proactive communication and highly responsive. We will definitely rent this home again!

The location was awesome, within walking distance to all the fun in Breckenridge!!! Spacious house with absolutely everything you need! We brought all kinds of stuff only to find that Mike had thought to stock the house with everything!!! We did have questions, but Mike immediately responded to all our questions and was friendly and uber helpful! We were a group of 11 and there was plenty of space, beds, everything!! This was a summer stay, and the hot tub, bikes, and game room were all very popular with my tribe. I will definitely be back!! The best part was the 6 star service was the attentiveness Mike provided! The house is gorgeous and beautifully placed against the mountain landscape, but Mike’s responsiveness was even better, if that’s even possible!! 6 Stars!!!

Michael’s home was the perfect gathering spot for our family. The location is within walking distance to Main Street, yet feels like you are far away in the mountains(even saw a bear one morning).
The house has everything you would want in a rental; plenty of towels, blankets, silverware, plates and additional things I have never seen in a rental, such as plenty of spices, margarita maker and a Miele espresso machine to name a few.
I wish every rental took as much consideration into guests wants/needs as this one did.

This is a beautiful property that easily accommodated 4 families and 7 kids with room to spare.
The house was better than advertised, fully stocked and very close to downtown (3 minute car ride).

We had such a great stay! The house was beautiful - gourmet kitchen that was so well stocked with better cooking gear than I have at home! (All Clad pots - every kind you need, Crate and Barrel plates - tons of them - perfect for a big group and more). There are two big rooms to hang out in, both with TVs and super comfortable sofas. The beds are comfortable, linens are great and plenty of them. Tons of towels and extra blankets. The basement is a kid's dream with Pacman, a fooseball table, Xbox and every streaming TV service you want. The location is great - a few minutes from Main street and less than 10 minutes to the resort. Mike was super responsive and attention during before and during our stay. Honestly, this is one of the best houses I've stayed at and we will definitely be back!

This is the first home I’ve rented that I would be another repeat! The home was absolutely amazing and met all our needs while staying there. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room and entertainment including games and hottubs. Anything and everything you needed while staying there was provided. Don’t second guess the photos or location, this house is beautifully appointed and close enough to town to go out but just far enough away to be tranquil. We’ve stayed in many homes in the Breck area and found this one to be excellent. The beds are all very comfortable with ample space for 4 adults and 5 HS/college aged kids. I’m an avid cook and the kitchen has everything for families with big or little kids. The on site bikes were a great addition, the coffee options were very cool, and the owners were incredibly helpful. The house description says they’ve taken from their own stays in other properties and it shows.

Christmas in July
Our family gathered from 3 states to celebrate Christmas in July. This home was the perfect spot for all 12 of us. The owners have thought of every possible need and gone above and beyond to accommodate. We loved the hot tub and the location is absolutely perfect. You can walk to town but still get the feel of being in the mountains. Something this house provides that is unique to other vrbo places is the presence of spices, condiments, bath essentials, etc. This was very helpful. We loved it and hope to return!

Everything about this home is first-class. Very comfortable and spacious. Not lacking in anything with plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, bikes, etc. Location is excellent, a short ride or walk to town. Owner communicated very well.

Summer Vactation 2022
After years of renting vacation properties, this was hands down our best experience all around. Mike and Jill were extremely communicative and responsive. The house is beautiful with the types of high quality touches and appliances you don't often find in a rental. It was also very well stocked. The owners took extra care to do things like stock an extra propane tank, provide charcoal for the charcoal grill, etc. - things you just never find. Finally, the location was perfect. You are just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown which provided the perfect balance of seclusion with the ease of being near town. We walked into town at least once a day. We will absolutely be making another trip to this property!

Absolutely Perfect!
We were looking for a place for our family to meet up around Breckenridge for a few days and this house was everything we needed and much more! The location near Main Street was very convenient, it’s very spacious, clean and we couldn’t believe all the amenities that were included - we enjoyed the mountain bikes, hot tub, nice coffee machines, incredible kitchen, reliable & fast internet. The owner has thought of every possible detail to make this a great spot for guests and truly wanted us to enjoy the stay. Our stay was perfect in every way. We also really appreciated the owner allowing us to host an “event” at the house, which was a private chef coming to cook us a big dinner - the house was setup perfectly for this dinner of 20 people.

Wonderful Week
My wife and I along with our three adult kids with some of their friends truly enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we could ask for to have a great vacation. The kids loved the hot tub after skiing, and my wife and I loved the proximity to town. Gorgeous, well appointed kitchen that we use a lot! There is just too much to say about this great property. We highly recommend it!

The most AMAZING place to stay in Breck!
We loved staying at this lovely home in Breckenridge, CO for our family's Ski Trip! The house was extremely clean, the renovations made it oh, so lovely, all the appliances were high-end in great working condition, the hot tub was superb, the beds were so comfy & the owners provided every possible thoughtful home item - so we never felt like we were staying in a corporate rental, but a really cozy vacation home. The owner, Mike, was an absolute pleasure to deal with when we had a question or something came up. We couldn't recommend this place more highly! A perfect ski home if you want a quiet (but convenient!) 6 bedroom place in Breck! We loved it and I just hope by leaving this review I am not losing the opportunity to book it again! An amazing place to stay!

Great experience!
We absolutely loved this home! The home was clean, spacious, and you can tell has been really well taken care of. We enjoyed all of the amenities of the home and loved that we could walk to Main Street each day. The owner was extremely helpful and made sure my family was happy with our experience and had everything we could need. My family plans to return to stay here again, hopefully in the very near future!

We stayed at this beautiful property over Thanksgiving with family--most of whom had travelled from South Carolina to experience the Breck for the first time. From the moment we arrived everyone gushed over how beautiful the property was. There was plenty of room for all of us, including our 2 dogs. The owners were very gracious in offering for us to contact them any time we wanted to get questions answered. The few times we needed to do so, they helped us immediately. Even after we left--when I had forgotten to log out of my account on one of the TVs, the owner was able to fix the problem (of my making) right away.
I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to host a large group in Breck. It is close enough to town that you can get there (or to the grocery store) in 5 minutes, while still being far enough that you feel like you've gotten to a quiet part of town.
We would gladly stay here again in the future. Great place!
