Great spot

- The location! - the outdoor amenities (bikes and kayaks) - the very comfy beds

- told there was no playpen, but there was. I was going to great lengths to rent one for more than it would cost to buy one, and yet there was one there.

Highly recommend this home for a family stay. Close to the amazing manatees and local restaurants

It is lovely and modern on a quiet street right on the water with the added bonus of a private dock and fire pit.

Best place to choose in Crystal River!

Absolutely everything. I do travel a lot, and this is the best place I’ve ever been. Crystal River is amazing and what you need is to have this house with its private dock in the garden. We could go kayaking everyday to explore the area, we discovered the neighborhood thanks to the bikes… Everything was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable too, and we got the chance to enjoy the sun in the garden. Without any doubt, just go to this place if you want to spend the best time in Crystal River.

The location was great! I love that you provided coffee! The sheets were really soft!

I didn't like that we didn't have enough time to use the bikes and kayaks.

House was more than I expected, it was clean & had everything we needed. Thank you!

I would have liked to kayak with all my family members together, however, there was only 3 kayaks & a paddle board, so we rented from a place. The description stated bikes, however, only 2 adult size bikes so we couldn't ride as a family. There were kiddy bikes & a child bike. I wish I would've known the sizes of the bikes before we rented, as I counted on a fun day biking with my 3 teens together. Same with the kayaks.

We enjoyed this property so much. We sat outside and it was so peaceful!

We ate at Denys...great breakfast and it was <5 min away!

Very fun, pleasant stay.

Could not operate tv in quest room due to no remote. There were 3 plastic glasses that leaked so I left them out on the kitchen counter. The screened lanai door has a broken handle and there is a hole in the ground along the pathway to boat dock that we kept stepping in. I reported to Nancy Little the contact person but other than the minor things we enjoyed very much and can't wait to come back! Thank you!!

Exceptional

It was a beautiful place! Very clean and spacious. Everything we could have needed was there. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch and made good use of the kayaks. The shed was well stocked with paddles, life jackets, bikes and helmets, ice chest and other things. There was two grills we made use of as well. Chairs outside for soaking up the sun and a fire pit to sit around at night. My family was very happy for the week!

The only misconception is I thought the property would be directly on Crystal river but it’s on a canal off the river.

Vacation in a bag!

We loved the ease of finding it! When we got to the house the front yard was so cute! The palm trees and landscaping was so tropical. We ran out back and the kids were in life vests and out on the water in 15mins. We are a water experienced family. I was so shocked that they had so much extra stuff to do! A few fishing poles and Crab trap, bikes and helmets for every age family member, a cool scooter, screened in porch, super comfy fire pit, kayaks and stand up paddle boards and life vests in even baby sizes! There were baskets of games and books to read, magazines and pamphlets on the surrounding attractions. And that’s just a little sampling of the activities. Perhaps itself on the inside was really gorgeous! Very spacious and well lit! We love the motion detector lights at night so much that I ordered some when we got home! There was a TV with Roku in every Bedroom and the living room! The kitchen was so clean and nice! The kitchen was stocked with every useful thing I would have brought from my own kitchen from a wine cork to grill tongs and a meat thermometer! Plates cups mugs of fancy craft and pod coffee machine, I even have a little selection of pods of coffee and stuff in the cupboard. They also had a charcoal and a gas grill available! We used the charcoal one quite a bit and loved it! The master bedroom was amazing! I really love the bedding, it was just beautiful and comfortable! A ceiling fan in every bedroom was totally awesome! The TV was really large and perfect for the room! They have really big closet and lots of empty hangers I was able to hang all my clothes up it was really nice! So now I’m spoiled and I want my own closet at home 🤣 The shower in the master bathroom was beautiful and they had a dispenser of shampoo and body wash on the wall and even such a nice amenities as a hair dryer and air freshener in the bathroom :-) beautiful colored towels made it look really nice!

We would love party lights outside around that gorgeous fire pit! And the WiFi as a bit slow when everyone was using it. But no real complaints, this was so much better than a hotel!
