Clean place, plenty of room, great communication with the host. Negatives: 1. could not use the microwave, every time we tried it flipped the breaker. 2. There is no beach access within reasonable walking distance, you feel like you are trespassing when you try to cross to the beach. Other than those 2 things, it was a good stay.

The apartment was great and would definitely stay again. The only draw back was i couldnt park where i was supposed to cause of roofing material stored there. Also did not appreciate getting woke up by roofers going on the roof next to the apartment.

Comfortable stay. Very relaxing. You will love Manasota key. Unit is on the bay side, was comfortable and clean. Doing construction on some of the other units and common stairs but wasn’t a bother. Very nice pool. A nice swing area down by the bay side to sip wine and relax. Convenient golf cart shuttle to area restaurants.

We had a very comfortable stay at this propert y. It was clean, cozy, quiet and had all the essentials. It also has a really nice small shared pool next to it and a bayview across the lot with swings benches facing it. It is very close to beach access and a lot of restaurants. If you're looking for something simple and cozy, this is the place. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Cute little condo that was the perfect size for my husband and myself. Equiped kitchen with supplies to make simple meals. Plenty of towels. Lots of beach supplies; umbrellas, sand toys, sifters, beach chair and small cooler. The pool was nice and clean with lots of lounge chairs to use. We enjoyed scenic walks in the morning, all 3 beaches on the afternoon and the "Key" restaurants with great food and entertainment at night. We'll definitely be back! Thanks for a great week!

This condo was perfect for me, my husband, and our 2 sons (13 and 4). It was a very short drive to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and beautiful bay right out back. Easy parking, easy check-in and conveniently had a washer and dryer on site.

Well everything was good except for a guy that was staying there he killed himself in the parking lot. There was also a big black German shepherd that stayed on the lower level and it lunged at my husband when he was walking to the doc.

Very comfortable, quiet, well aportioned condo, great pool, back-bay access & property! The only drawback is that the beach is not within "normal" walking distance from the condo, but definitely a short drive to the public beach accesses. Other than that, I highly recommend this rental. Thank you.

As you’re driving down Minnesota Drive, you see all the absolutely gorgeous properties that charge thousand $2000 a night. Then you stumble upon the Tiki. It’s quite humble on the outside and reminds me of an old motel. But this was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed it so much! We never found the path to the beach and just drove to the public parking but it worked out just fine because we had a lot of stuff to carry :-).

We stay on manasota key the first week of July every year. We were familiar with the property, as some of my family has stayed there before. The pool is the best on the key! The location is great and the actual condo is well kept and a joy to stay. Tim was great! Answered when we messaged and didn’t needlessly contact us otherwise. 10/10 recommend this stay!
