The room is simply amazing. Very spacious, with antique interior details, clean. Windows to the inner courtyard, it was very quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable bed, the kitchen has all the necessary dishes and utensils. The staff is nice, the location is just perfect - in the very center of the old town. The whole building inside has such details that it is like a museum.
Everything is great, except for the very inefficient and poor hairdryer.

Absolutely value for money, the location is at the heart of Riga Old Town with plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets around.

The location is ideal as it's in the middle of Old Town and the room was sufficiently clean and the bed was comfortable. I also liked the hallway aesthetics as they were invoked a historical feel and it was great that they offered a washing machine for use by guests for no charge.
The attitude of the staff leaves much to be desired. I told them in my messages with them here on booking.com before I arrived as I'd need help with my suitcase (as there's no elevator) and I received a message saying someone would help but when I arrived no one did and though I arrived earlier than expected, when I sent a message asking to clarify the reasons for this the response I got was in an extremely rude tone. I also found it odd that the room would only be cleaned once a week. Also at one point the refrigerator started leaking without warning, though I managed to fix it.
