Breathtaking views of the rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center, from the balcony of the condo! Conveniently located 15 minutes from Port Canaveral Cruise Terminals, 1 hour from Disney & Universal Studios, and only 50 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Come explore Cocoa Beach has to offer, from relaxing beach days to exciting nearby attractions. Do you have a large family? We have 2 units right next to each other. Check out on vrbo #1422714. The kitchen has everything you need, stove, refrigerator, microwave, pots & pans, silverware, glassware, dishes and a Keurig coffee maker. The living room besides having an unbelievable view, has a sofa with a pull out Queen memory foam mattress, and a 40in TV with free WiFi. The bathroom has a tiled shower with a stone floor which includes soap, towels and hair dryer. The bedroom, includes sheets, and pillows. This unit also has a washer and dryer. All units are thoroughly cleaned after all guests. Outside on our balcony you will find stairs that will take you directly to the beach on your private path. We supply a beach umbrella, beach towels, sand chairs, cooler and boogie boards. The balcony also has a shower, to rinse off after the beach, plus a table with chairs to enjoy your coffee in the morning while you watch our beautiful sunrises. The location is great in terms of being right on the beach. Driving through the other lot, listening to the bar at night, and dealing with bar vehicles in the lot was difficult at times but definitely not a deal breaker. Sleeping was a bit tight with tight with four adult sized people but again not a deal breaker. Seeing the ocean, and a launch was amazing and worth the trip!

Could not find any linen for sofa bed and the air filter was extremely dirty causing us to sneeze & cough alot. There was also a problem with the toilet bowl tank not filling back up with water.

The location was great, we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and see the beach. The restaurants are really within walking distance. The reason I did not give a five star rating because I feel the room needs some upgrades, specially the bathroom. I also think that the kitchen needs a vent. Otherwise, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a little getaway or longer. Walk right out to the beach to the most amazing sunrises. Place is open and airy. Theres so much nearby within walking distance. Salty bagel has great coffee right out the back entrance, Coconuts on the beach has the best Mahi and great bands on the weekends. This palce is perfect for a small family, girlfriends getaway, or a romantic weekend with your love. Thanks Jean! We will definitely be back.

This condo couldn’t have been more perfect! The beach views don’t get much better!! The condo was exactly as described and oh so charming! Perfect location with awesome restaurants close by! We even got to see a rocket launch from the beach!! Great hosts who responded quickly and made sure all was going well! We will definitely stay here again!

We traveled to Cocoa Beach area for the first time d/t a family wedding & found this affordable beach-front condo. Everything was as advertised. We had a VERY difficult time locating the property in the dark our first night - despite additional directions from the owner. It’s located behind a number of businesses without direct access to the main road. I was unable to reach the owners directly at the time and we drove around in circles for 30 extra minutes before stumbling on the exact location. Due to location it is noisy at night - and black-out curtains in the bedroom would be much appreciated. Although we have no plans to visit Cocoa Beach again, if you’re looking for an affordable beach-front rental (with a view of KSC launch events!) this would be an option.

The location of this property couldn't be any better and the neighbors were very kind! However, there were a few things left to be desired. There were no garbage bags (provided the following day by the owner) and there were no sheets put on the bunk beds for our children. Someone else had to come the next day and remove them from the owners locked closet. Also, the floor under the beds was very dirty. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I don't think I would stay here again 😞

We flew into Cocoa Beach on Christmas morning to the sweetest, most special beachfront home ever. We had such an amazing experience. Jean and Bill were the absolute best hosts. They had a solution for everything we needed. The condo is a 1 minute walk to the ocean. Restaurants everywhere. Locals were so incredibly kind. Sunsets were soul moving. And we even saw a rocket launch on the way to the airport the morning we left. The sound of the ocean was beautiful. We highly recommend staying here. We will make this our landing spot whenever we are in Florida. Best memories ever.

My brother and I wanted a place that we could watch watch the sunrise. Cozy condo on the beach. Access to the ocean steps from the patio/balcony. Balcony was smaller than I anticipated (may have been my fault-- looked at several properties online before making reservations) but served its purpose-- a place to sit and listen to and see the ocean from the comfort of the condo. Comfortable mattress, well supplied kitchen if you wanted to cook meals, plenty of stools for seating around counter and a separate table. Was exactly what we wanted after 4 days in Orlando.

It was a great location for a couple. Open the sliding door to view and hear the ocean, and one minute to be walking the shore line. Coffee shop just out the door, many restaurant options, shopping, and art studios. But may need a white noise app if you have little ones that need to go to bed early, because the restaurants are pretty close.
