Such a cute and understated place. It left nothing to be desired. The staff is very friendly! The guest houses are tiny but there is the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. The lawn area with tiny rabbits hopping around and hammocks to enjoy the peaceful setting were welcoming. A short walk over the dunes to the pristine beach is where we enjoyed the sunrise and watched minnows flopping around. Can’t wait to come back. One night was not enough!

The place was so calm and quiet. A nice place to relax and recharge!
Not much about this. Only that at night it is easy to hear what people in the other rooms are doing.

Beach Places Guesthouses provides direct access to Cocoa Beach. The property is well-kept and offers amenities/supplies above direct beach access, including hammocks, a fire pit, a grill area, and tables and chairs in the courtyard. The room was clean, reasonably modern, and spacious.
July is an incredibly hot month to visit Cocoa Beach. The front door to our room faced west. Unpacking the car in the evening sun was brutal. I don't know that there is any way to make this particular experience better.

Great location on quiet beach. nice property landscaping. Easy access and parking. Very restful.
Property is getting a little run down. I have stayed here numerous times in the past 10 years and has always been my first option when visiting Cocoa. Needs a little TLC. And much better cushions for the lawn furniture,
