Value and proximity to the beach
Was informed at check in we had to pay $10.00 a day to park in the hotel parking lot ! I have been staying at this hotel for many years and have NEVER had to pay to park! And was NEVER mentioned when booking!

The location was excellent. We had an ocean view balcony room and loved being able to see the local wildlife from our comfortable spot.
Our aircon and fridge were a little noisy.

Die Lage direkt am wunderschönen Cocoa Beach ist einfach perfekt. Die Anlage ist zwar relativ groß und besteht aus mehreren Gebäuden, war aber während unseres Aufenthalts sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und der Balkon mit dem fantastischen Meerblick war definitiv eines der Highlights. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas altmodischer, aber völlig in Ordnung und hat uns nicht gestört.
Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel aufgrund der tollen Lage und des schönen Zimmers mit Meerblick auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
The location right on beautiful Cocoa Beach is simply perfect. The property is quite large and consists of several buildings, but everything was very clean and well maintained during our stay.
Our room was very spacious, and the balcony with its fantastic ocean view was definitely one of the highlights. The furnishings are a little dated, but perfectly fine and did not bother us at all.
Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel because of its excellent location and the beautiful rooms with ocean views.
Frühstück war leider nur mittelmäßig. Außerdem entsteht durch das ausschließlich verwendete Plastikbesteck sowie Pappgeschirr und Pappbecher sehr viel Müll. Zu den Stoßzeiten waren außerdem nicht genügend Sitzplätze vorhanden, sodass es teilweise schwierig war, einen Platz zum Frühstücken zu finden.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was only average. We also found that a lot of waste was generated because only disposable plastic cutlery, paper plates and paper cups were provided. During busy breakfast hours, there was also not enough seating for all guests, so finding a table could be difficult.
