De ruimte van het appartement met airco, het geweldige terras met het fantastische uitzicht.
Het meubilair was hier en daar wat zwak. Schroeven los, of vielen eruit.

The apartment is nicely renovated, modern and cute with a beautiful view of the lake, with a wall of windows from ceiling to floor that open up to a large terrace with a big table and lots of chairs. Good size bedrooms, blackout shutters, working wall mounted ac units in every room, 2 full bathrooms and one half bathroom on the main floor. No weird smells. Nice quiet neighborhood with a very good boulangerie L'atelier de Matt & Lulu nearby. Responsive hosts.
The cleanliness of the place is pretty poor. The kitchen needs deep cleaning. There were sticky stains on the dining table when we arrived. No paper towels to clean them, had to use a kitchen towel. The drawer with cutlery is covered with dust or food debris - it is hard to say. There were dried traces of someone else’s feet on the floor in the bathroom downstairs. The walls are badly in need of repainting - lots of scuffs and stains. The toilets had brown staining inside on their bottoms which is easy to clean with a brush. If the apartment was cleaned properly, it would be a perfect rental.
