No lock on the bathroom, broken glass in a window, no shower gel or shampoo & shower small, lots of stairs

really friendly staff at the 7 dials hotel where we collected keys and left our bags. good location in Covent Garden and 5 minutes from the nearest tube station (Tottenham Court Road) which has multiple lines and is only 5 minutes tube to Paddington
the room felt really small, especially the en-suite bathroom - we kept banging into the door while using it, and the bathroom light was on a sensor which would turn off frequently while showering and even just using the toilet which felt like a safety hazard. there was very little space for storage as the wardrobe had a broken door and was positioned behind the front door so was in a really awkward, tight space. there was daily cleaning however this wasn't signposted and we had no do not disturb signs so we were walked in on twice during our stay when we would've preferred to have been left alone and were unprepared for anyone to be knocking the doors
