A Family Dream superou todas as nossas expectativas. A casa é espetacular, muito bonita, extremamente confortável e tem literalmente tudo o que é necessário para que nos sintamos em casa. Nota-se que existe um enorme cuidado em cada detalhe.
Quero destacar especialmente a limpeza impecável. Sou bastante alérgica ao pó e, sinceramente, foi dos únicos alojamentos onde passei vários dias sem espirrar uma única vez! Para mim, isto diz muito sobre o nível de limpeza e cuidado desta casa.
E não poderia deixar de falar do nosso anfitrião, José. Foi absolutamente excecional: simpático, atencioso, disponível e extremamente prestável. Durante a nossa estadia entrei em contacto com ele várias vezes e respondeu-nos e ajudou-nos sempre, com uma disponibilidade e uma simpatia difíceis de encontrar.
Sentimo-nos verdadeiramente bem recebidos e acompanhados do início ao fim. Quando um alojamento maravilhoso se junta a um anfitrião assim, a experiência não poderia ser melhor.
Foram três noites fantásticas e saímos com vontade de voltar. Recomendo a Family Dream sem qualquer hesitação e, se pudesse dar mais de 5 estrelas, daria! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wir waren als Familie mit 8 Personen eine Woche im Family Dream. Uns haben besonders gut die vielen Freizeitaktivitäten (Tennis, Tischtennis, Billard, Pool, etc.) gefallen - da kam keine Langeweile auf!! Es war viel Geschirr und Besteck zum Kochen da und auch den Grill haben wir gut nutzen können.
Die Ausstattung ist relativ einfach gehalten, in die Jahre gekommen und leider hier und da defekt. Die Spülmaschine heizte nicht auf, der Kühlschrank hatte ein Leck, aus welchem sich Wasserlachen auf dem Boden bildeten, die Wassertemperatur in den Duschen ließ sich nicht regeln und viele Lampen waren ebenfalls defekt.
Leider gab es nicht ausreichend Toilettenpapier und „Poolhandtücher“ (bunt zusammengewürfelt und schon sehr beansprucht) auch nur auf Nachfrage. Obwohl der Checkout für 10 Uhr angesetzt war, kam schon um 9:30 Uhr die Putzkolonne, was uns etwas in Stress versetzt hat. Dafür kamen die Verantwortlichen erst um 10:30 Uhr.

The outside space, seating areas and pool are great. The house is spacious with four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and additional toilet. The games room is a nice touch. There’s a supermarket a five minute walk away and colares is about a 7min walk
The inside furnishings could do with being updated; plaster is coming off the walls, baths and bathrooms are tired and the house smells a bit musty. There are also no mirrors in the bedrooms which would’ve handy

Very spacious and charming (felt like an old family home). My sons loved the swimming pool, tennis court and swimming pool (good size for a private pool). Lovely quiet location but also only a couple of minutes from a good supermarket and an easy drive to all Sintra’s highlights and the beach. We stayed in March so prices would be lower than in the summer but given the size and facilities felt very good value. Owner also very helpful and communicative.
The showers were a bit unpredictable- there was always hot water but it was difficult to set to exactly the right temperature.
