Complete with a beautiful private pool. Just 5 minutes from grocery stores, dining and shopping, it's all here! BONUS with your rental agreement you have free access to Founder's Park at mile marker 87, where you can enjoy the beach and snorkeling, etc. They often have free concerts and other free events too. The park has trails for running, walking and biking and a marina plus much more! PETS ALLOWED with owner approval and pet fee SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - Sleeps 10 Master Bedroom, #1 — Located on the 3rd floor - King Size Bed - Full, Private Bathroom with Jetted Tub and Shower - Flat Screen TV Master Bedroom, #2— Located on the 3rd floor - King Size Bed - Full, Private Bathroom with Tub & Shower - Flat Screen TV Guest Bedroom 1— Located on the 2nd floor - Queen Size Bed - Flat Screen TV Guest Bedroom 2 — Located on the 2nd floor - Twin/Full size bunk bed - Full size bed - Flat Screen TV Guest Bathroom— Located on the 2nd floor - Shower/Tub Combo Exterior spiral stair case located on the 2nd floor for additional access to the pool and backyard. Amazing property in the heart of the Islamorada and the keys
This home is amazing it has everything you need. It’s beautiful. We had a pelican visit every day along with manatees in the canal. Beautiful neighborhood to take morning and evening walks. Great restaurants in walking distance. Heaven on earth.
