Enjoy the overstuffed sectional couch and the 65" smart TV. The basement has also undergone renovation with new drywall and flooring throughout. The basement now includes a large living room that doubles as a fourth bedroom, with a second full bathroom and laundry room. New AC and heat have been installed throughout every level of the house, keeping you at the perfect temperature in both the summer and fall! The AC and heat units include the iWave-M Flexible Air Cleaner. These enhanced units kill mold, bacteria, and viruses.
