The location is excellent, and the apartment is well-equipped. The team responds quickly to inquiries. The person in charge of cleaning was friendly and acted as a guide, helping with check-in and explaining the property's amenities.
The pool area has absolutely no shade; at times, it can be unbearable.
The elevator never worked. We were told someone would come to fix it, but instead, it remained open with a beeping sound throughout our entire stay.
I didn't receive the necessary check-in information, so I had to request it on arrival to get in. At first, I received a link that didn't work, so I had to ask for it to be resent. Fortunately, the second link worked fine.
The check-in time is a bit late, as you can't enter until 4:00 PM. Although they do offer early check-in, the extra cost is almost equal to the price of a full day's stay, making it not a very practical option.

I like how the property was very close to the beach and how it had a kitchen with the electric stove. I also liked how responsive was the staff if I needed any assistance . I also liked how it had a washer and dryer
I did not like how the shower was difficult at times because when I kept on trying to switch the handheld shower to the shower head, it would make a rattling sound and I would have to play with the pull out switch for it to not make any noise.

The location was amazing. It was the highlight of our vacation.
The service and employees were great
The freezer didn’t work, there was not enough dishes, silverware and pots and pans for a big group like ours, and the wifi was dial up speed.
One last note, there was only 1 remote for the 3 tv’s in the bedroom.
