Disappointing

- The refund the money for the nights we did not stay after we left after spending one night

Three things were unacceptable: - The apartment does not match the pictures - There was a very annoying, constant noise coming from the bathroom ventilation system (and the toilette is just near the bedroom, so all night long hearing the noise) - The modem and IT system is in the living room, and there is a sign near it saying something like: "if you unplug the modem, the IT system collapse and an IT technician wil have to come and reset it, and you'll be fine 500 USD". No kidding. Having a 4 year old child, we could not risk staying there as he would have unplugged it sooner or later. It was super accessible to kids.

You can relax, good location, but requires some repairs and small investments. this will increase your RATING and bring

It is convenient that there is a kitchen and everything necessary for cooking and washing and drying things. THAT'S GREAT! The mattress on the bed is good. The bathroom is also good, although many parts need renovation.

Cold floor, looks dirty, not comfortable. Not too bad, if the details are finalized it will be good. The first thing is to at least cover the floor with linoleum. The children's bed is not comfortable and the child did not want to sleep in it. It should be bigger and better - it doesn't cost much. You can put a blanket on the sofa, which can be changed after guests. Little things like that would make a big difference.

The property is very well located. Close to the beach, close to restaurants and nightlife.

The property is slightly dated. The check in was brutal. I had requested early check in and it was declined, totally acceptable. What was not acceptable was the fact that we got there 15 min early and had to wait until 4 pm exactly. The gate to the outside opened but we found out later the lock was broken and not fixed.

Dirty property, not for kids, only for party on spring break

Location was great. That´s the only good thing about this property...

Check-in didnt work, we had to wait long time with my family and all luggage in front of building. We had two small kids, stroller and lot of luggage, and they gave us 3rd floor! The elevator was out of order. They promised us ground floor, but we got 3rd floor. Rooms were dirty, bathrooms looked terrible. We wanted some extra service (early check-in, late check-out, parking), but nothing was possible. This property is good only for parties in spring break. Not for familes!

Das Appartment ist super gelegen, Abends eher ruhig und ein guter Rückzugsort. Die Ausstattung ist super, von Bügeleisen bis Toaster ist alles vorhanden. Der Support ist schnell und hilfsbereit.

Leider ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Fußböden und Möbel sind okay. Die Badezimmer bräuchten etwas Aufmerksamkeit. Der Fahrstuhl ist schon seit längerem Außer Betrieb.

Handy location and quiet stay in Miami Beach

We got the 3 bedroom apartment for our family so it was great that my teenagers each had their own room. Great big kitchen (although we didn't cook) & the laundry facilities were handy too as we stayed for 6 nights so could wash before we moved onto our next destination. Pool was not huge but nice. Had a cool wee market directly across the road that did grocery items and also some takeaway food, we got the breakfast options quite a lot as it was cheap & really good. Trolley stop within 1 -2 minute walk but it was only a 5-10 minute walk to get to the main strip anyway.

It could do with a bit of a spruce up as was looking a bit beaten up both in the apartment and in the common areas outside.

I liked that the property was one block away from the beach. It was safe, clean and cozy.

Outside my apartment door was wet for a time due to water dripping from somewhere.

Finally everything was perfect

Staff was perfect - in the beginning we had some problems because there is a lot of moisture - I didn’t like it and the staff changed me the apartment, then they installed in my apartment - Dehumidifier - very quick, and the problem disappeared

The apartment is not new one - soon probably will need refurbishment but location and all equipment inside is perfect!!

hello , 1. We don’t get the room we pay for it was not the same show in a photos . 2 . The bed very small and the sofa bed in a living room very very uncomfortable and very noisy on every move . 3 . Very . very strong smell of mold in all room 4. the fridge very hard to open 5. toilet leaking 6. all the floor peal of Not recommend for the money we pay

Great location!

The location is great! Short walk to the beach!

Getting the shower to work better was a little difficult, but with a little strength we were able to get it going. Also, the only mirror in the apartment is the medicine cabinet in the bathroom. A full length mirror is needed!

great location great service support since I had a problem with blankets at check in and they helped me also late at night nice service all around.

not much light in the units at the floor level - and they are assigned randomly at check-in no windows in the bathroom no cable or air tv, but possibility to log into streaming platforms through tv

Not to be transparent on the page that was no daily clean and that booking aren’t welcome they prefer on their on page that is cheap and they explain of clean fees of $100,00 a day . Far way from Disney Park and Universal

We stayed for two weeks in these apartments, from what we liked it was an adequate price and a great area, as well as a keyless system and a lack of bureaucracy.

The room does not correspond to what we booked, a completely different room was presented in the photo, much larger and lighter. It was hard to breathe in our room, there was really not enough air. There was no sunlight in the room at all, it seemed as if we were in the basement, it smelled damp. The bedroom has one small window, like an elumenator on an airplane. When we had to stay for two more days, that is, we made a new reservation, the room was not even cleaned, although we promised!

Disappointing

Location is great. Close to the beach / shopping streets.

No "in person" reception at the apartment house. Online assistant in the house corridor is available at some hours during the day, Check-in was a nightmare, received the detailed instructions as to how to get into the apartment, when we came we could not get into the apartment (the code provided was not working). I have spent 30 minutes on the phone with Sextant representative clarifying the situation standing in the corridor with my family (I would expect they let us in the apartment, and we would sort out paperwork later considered I paid for the whole stay weeks in advance).

Fantastic getaway in the optimal location to enjoy South Beach!

I loved the location! The apartment is situated in a quieter section of South Beach, surrounded by tons of restaurants. Meanwhile, the rooftop pool is incredible!

I didn’t like the pricey $200 cleaning fee especially, because, unlike a hotel, they do not clean your room daily.

Location Perfect

Great location on Collins avenue. Beach few minutes walk. And you can get the trolley bus which was near to get around south beach.

Apartment needs carpets, I dropped my iPhone on the hard floor and screen cracked.
