The room was rather cold in the mornings and evenings. The towel rail wasnt on so the towels didn't dry out. I mentioned this to staff on check out.
Cooked breakfast was excellent. small choice of cereal boxes and no fresh fruit offerd.
Heated towel rail working order. i would expect to be offered 2 hand towels .

The location is lovely. Surrounded by open countryside. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The decoration is modern but tasteful and not too generic so retains a bit of character. I didn't have the full english breakfast myself but saw other peoples' and it looked delicious. I had yoghurt and fruit compote which was good and there were plenty of other choices on the menu. Staff were friendly and helpful.
It was a little unclear where I was supposed to check-in but that really was the only, very slight, issue. It's at the bar.

Location excellent. Great that we could all fit in 1 room. Would prefer interconnecting rooms but hard to cater for a family of 5 so that was great.
