About this house rental
Elegant Tuscan Transitional single-family home in the heart of Carmel Valley with approximately 4,000 sq ft of living space. Our beautiful 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom home, on a quiet cul-de-sac, has a large grass backyard with fenced heated pool and hot tub/spa. Located within 5 miles from Torrey Pines State Beach and Del Mar Beach, and right across the street from Carmel Knolls community park. Two world-class shopping centers – Del Mar Highland Plaza and One Paseo are both within 5 minutes’ drive, offering a huge variety of dining options and shopping experience.

The rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, parties, events, and/or large social gatherings or social events. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before submitting a booking request.
There are five outdoor security cameras and one Ring device on the Premises. The cameras covers the following area: front driveway, north side gate, south side gate, pool/hot tub, backyard fence. Please do not move, alter, detach, or inactivate any cameras without Property Owner’s knowledge and consent.
Owner has the discretion to impose an additional security deposit up to $1500.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking is allowed inside the home.

Absolutely fantastic house - and the hosts were very responsive and wonderful. I highly recommend a visit here !!! Super clean and comfortable. Great kitchen.

There were spider webs across the entrance and there was a moldy smell before we opened up the house. There is a drop-down from the foyer into the living room that is not well lit nor marked. It has the same tile in both places and creates an obscure view. My wife fell there and suffered injuries to her shoulder, wrist, knee and ankle, THIS NEEDS TO HAVE MARKER TAPE ACROSS THIS BRIDGE FROM THE FOYER TO THE LIVING ROOM
