Breakfast was excellent! I believe her name was Bev, she was keeping the buffet clean and hot and always refilled. She was very amicable and friendly.
I can't think of anything that could have been better!

The gentleman at the desk was very kind and extremely professional. I was very happy when my request of a top floor room was provided. Very pleased with this location's design and room layout. Thank you for a great stay!!

it was clean and felt nice
the room we got was not what I signed up for.the room description said it had a sofa sleeper but we did not find out our room did not have one till the evening. Then my friend had to sleep on an air mattress that lost air. The hotel was full and they were unable to switch our room.
