Francesco was the most welcoming host. He arranged the airport transfer for us early on a Sunday morning, recommended and booked a very good local restaurant. On arrival and depart from the apartment he helped us with our large & heavy suitcases plus an electric mobility scooter. I wish we had booked for longer it was so pleasant.

The location was great — just a 10-minute walk from the centre. The room itself was lovely and clean, and overall the space was comfortable
If you’re staying on the ground floor, be prepared for quite a bit of noise from guests coming and going, as well as staff conversations in a morning and banging etc,
One disappointment was that, after staying for six days, we were unable to leave our luggage on the final day while waiting for our late flight. We were told it wasn’t a convenient time due to guests coming and going, which felt a little unaccommodating considering we too had also been guests for 6 days despite there being a room available on booking.com (wasn’t fully booked) Overall, a nice place in a great location, but the hospitality could be improved.
