The host met us at the property and was very friendly and helpful in directing us to various places to see and eat in Pisa.
The location was on point just near the historic center so getting to and from most places of interest was a breeze.
Facilities were very clean, effective air conditioning and great room sizes. Bathroom was clean and the shower is a good size.
One thing to note is that we stayed for two nights and we were expected to collect and take out all trash before check out. There are bins located around the corner and about a 2 minute walk from the unit. Factor in the time to do that before you leave as there is a notable charge if it's not done.A
Soundproofing was something I definitely noticed. I could hear all the comings and goings from the communal hallway and the bathroom from the other unit buts up against the bedroom so you can easily hear when someone is in there especially showering.

Close to the train station and easy to walk to all the attractions. Knowledgeable and helpful host who couldn’t do enough for us and even arranged our taxi to the airport the next day. The room was very clean throughout with a good bathroom

The location was great — just a 10-minute walk from the centre. The room itself was lovely and clean, and overall the space was comfortable
If you’re staying on the ground floor, be prepared for quite a bit of noise from guests coming and going, as well as staff conversations in a morning and banging etc,
One disappointment was that, after staying for six days, we were unable to leave our luggage on the final day while waiting for our late flight. We were told it wasn’t a convenient time due to guests coming and going, which felt a little unaccommodating considering we too had also been guests for 6 days despite there being a room available on booking.com (wasn’t fully booked) Overall, a nice place in a great location, but the hospitality could be improved.
