Beautifully furnished, very spacious apartment in a good location halfway between the train station and historical centre.
Complicated check in process - We were sent a link to register our passports on another 3rd party website (not something we like doing), which then advised the check in instructions would not be available until after 3pm on our day of arrival. We actually got an email earlier than this, but it is a challenge unless you receive emails on your phone - there is no signage on the street, apartments are listed under other names so you don't know if you have the right building, you then need to enter a code which opens the foyer door, you then go up a flight of stairs to another locked door - the initial code when entered downstairs opens this door (although there was no information on this and by the time we got up the stairs it had locked again) - then you get to a lock box where you enter another code in order to get the key. Thankfully the phone number given was answered when we had trouble, but I would not like to be doing this late at night.
No instructions for the microwave or how to change the language on the tv. No information or recommendations about the area (restaurants etc).
10am check out (which is early for most Europe apartments), although the host kindly agreed to allow us to stay until 11am - but unfortunately someone still turned up at 10.20 and said we should have been out by 10am (it was fine, he was very nice, but defeated the purpose of asking the day before for a slightly later check out).

We absolutely loved our stay at Symphony Suites. The apartment is beautiful and the quality of the finish really stands out – everything feels very high-end, thoughtfully designed and finished to an excellent standard. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed.
The location was brilliant too. It was easy to walk into the centre, to the Leaning Tower and back towards the station, so it was a great base for exploring Pisa.
One of our favourite little bonuses was the fantastic ice cream shop directly opposite – dangerously convenient and somewhere we visited more than once!
You can tell a lot of care and attention has gone into creating the apartment and it genuinely felt like somewhere a bit special rather than just another holiday rental. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Pisa.
