The staff were helpful and kind and made changing rooms easy when we asked to. The shower was pretty good. The beds in the 2nd room we were in were comfortable.
The photographs are completely filtered, the reality is it's very run down, things like that don't really bother me, but I don't like to be deceived. Also there is no pool, which is awful that they can get away with that and perhaps booking.com should do something about that or it makes a mockery of there company.The first room we were in 'the superior room with a balcony was pretty bad, the bed was tiny for 2 people, the balcony looks over filthy roof tips (not there fault I guess) and there is luminous light on the balcony that doesn't go off all night and the curtains dont sit flush to the wall so it's really bright. They also don't open or close. There was thick dirt in parts of the room. We asked to move because of the bed and the light, they were very accommodating and we switched to a cheaper room with 2 beds and double the size. I don't blame the staff at all they were kind, but it's obviously owned by a bigger company and they do not care about the place. If you are not that fussy about ascestics and go in with the mind that it's a bit run down and will not match the photos at all, it would be ok, but definitely get a room with 2 beds as the doubles are super small and skip the balcony rooms!
