Nestled in Ohio, this charming house for $299 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Riverfront Vacation Home has new Hot Tub(2023) with 4 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms with Central Air Conditioning, located on 1.0 acres on the Wally Road Scenic Byway. Home features sweeping views of the Mohican River from the raised deck. Views of river can also be seen from the Kitchen and Living Room windows, the two downstairs bedrooms, from the back patio and basically any where in the back yard. We are located just 6 miles down river from Mohican Adventures and 7.2 miles from the main entrance to Mohican State Park. Enjoy spending your days by the river or hiking at the park and relaxing evenings around the fire. Main Living Room: 65 inch LCD Smart TV with YoutubeTV, Sofa, Love Seat, 2 Barrel Chairs - - Located on second floor Lower rec room : 75 inch LCD Smart TV, Ping Pong Table, Mini Fridge, small pub table set, Couch, Ottoman, Chair, and Futon. Master Bedroom: King Bed, 40 inch LCD Smart TV - Located on second floor Bedroom Two: 2 Queen Beds - Located on second floor Bedroom Three: Queen Bed - Located on first floor Bedroom Three: 2 Twin Beds - Located on first floor We Sleep 10 in beds. There are two full length couches that take our maximum occupancy to 12. Will consider larger groups, please inquiry first so we can have the property best prepared to meet your groups needs. Full Master Bath: Shower/Tub Combo - Located on the second floor Full Main Bath: Shower - Located on the ground floor Kitchen: Refrigerator, Range/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker with Kuerig and regular brewing capabilities, Blender, Crock Pot, Toaster, several pots and pans. Dinnerware and cutlery to accommodate 12 people. Laundry Room Washer and Dryer. Deck - Polywood counter height dining table set for 7 and two additional chairs. Counter height seating maximizes views of the river over the handrail of the deck. Propane BBQ with Propane Provided. Outside Amenities: Picnic Table, 12 Camp style chairs to be used throughout the property as you desire. There are two fire pits, on in the patio off the house and one by the river. The firepit by the river does a covered gravel area off the back garage that includes a swing. Cornhole is also provided. The chairs and cornhole game are in stored in the shed under the deck adjacent to the patio. Garage is not for guest use. The Security Deposit of $250 is a hold, not a charge, on your Credit/Debit Card from a day before check-in until 7 days after checkout. Your card is only charged if I claim damage during that timeframe. If I do not claim damage during that timeframe, the hold will be automatically released from your card on the 7th day after checkout. Since the card account is not technically charged, just held, the hold that you see on your online statement may just disappear instead of showing as a credit. I will always contact you to discuss any damages prior to charging your card. Please ignore any other posts that states we will collect the security deposit at the house. This is inaccurate and there is currently not an option to remove that language. Sorry for any confusion.

This place had everything we needed plus more for our NYE stay!! It was clean and well-stocked for our friends/family get-together, plus they allow dogs, which made it even better! This is a great location for hiking and we would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the river!

The house was perfect for our team. They were able to play & tub in the river, the house was close to the state park for running & activities in town, we were able have nightly campfires and get a good nights sleep. Everything was clean and exactly as posted.

Cottage is completely remodeled inside but the outside could use some updating. The view is fantastic to sit on the covered deck & watch the boaters go by! Only downside, inside was only surface cleaned, clothing & food items that were not ours were found under beds & downstairs sofa. Property manager is easy to communicate with and responsive.

We stayed here for our grandson’s wedding event at the Mohican wedding venue nearby. Lovely home with plenty of bedrooms for our family. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning and enjoying the river view and all the birds. Evening around the campfire was also nice. Spotlessly clean home, comfy beds,well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Welcoming home with an open floorplan facilitates a great environment to share quality time with friend and family. The deck and well cared for outdoor space allow you to enjoy in the river view, circle around a firepit and fit in a game of cornhole. We will be back!

We had a small window of time to see my brother in law and sister in law before deployment in the army. The Riverview lodge was a perfect place for us to all be together for the weekend. It was very comfortable for our family of 4, my mother in law, brother in law and brother in law and sister in law. With two huge living rooms and nice sized bedrooms we never felt like we were tripping over one another. The location is great and we loved the huge porch and option of fire pits near the water or on the patio. The weather was not super warm but this would be a great place to stay in summer! The owner, Drew, responded to all of our questions quickly, thanks again to the Moody's for sharing their beautiful riverfront home with us 🙂

The place worked perfect for two families. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. Plenty of room to cook, play inside and the yard was very large with views of the river, to have a fire and play outside. The location is still about 20 minutes from any hiking trails in Mohican. Nice place to relax for the weekend.

Wow! Not sure where to begin. Drew was amazing. We checked in on Christmas Day and he went above and beyond to make sure our trip went as planned. The place was exceptionally nice and everything as advertised in listing. We would love to stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family of 10 to celebrate Christmas together. The house was clean with all amenities needed to have a fun weekend. The kids ( and adults) enjoyed the ping pong table and large tv in the lower level. Plenty of space to spread out.

Very spacious, comfortable and accommodating. Only issue is a bridge under construction which requires rerouting to Mohican Memorial state Forest and Park. Minor detour but does have you on a dirt road for a bit.

We enjoyed staying at this house over Labor Day weekend while attending a family reunion in the area. It was clean and nicely updated and had lots of space for all of us to spread out. The view of the river is great and we liked watching all the kayakers and canoes. We also enjoyed the ping pong table and large TV in the basement for watching Ohio State Football! Highly recommend staying here.

This was our first time staying in a house for our camping group and it did not disappoint! The house was beautiful inside and out. The bedrooms were spacious and updated, the bathrooms were large and updated. The kitchen was gorgeous and very spacious as well. We enjoyed game night out on the deck and telling stories around the camp fire. And the best part was, it was quiet!! We will definitely be back and stay longer!!

The property was great avaryrhimg was clean and we had everything we needed. I will however say that the concrete step leading up to the side stairs is a little dangerous. It is not a complete step and is not very obvious. My Aunt tripped and hit her head on the stone wall. Luckily she only got a scrape in the head but it would be nice if that had been painted to draw you attention to it. I would also consider a set of steps to get out of the river. Other than that we had an amazing time and will be coming back next year.
