Decent sized "1 bedroom house" great for 2 people, well equipped apart from the kitchen.
The bed was comfortable with nice bedding, and the bedroom a decent size with good storage.
Comfy seating area to relax (nice to have had coffee table to put your drinks on)
The kitchen had very basic equipment if you where self catering.
No oven gloves, no bowls etc to put anything when preparing a meal, it would have been useful to know what wattage the microwave was.
A dishwasher would be a nice addition.

A beautifully appointed cottage that was perfect for our two night break. Our dog loved the walk on the doorstep and we liked the short walk to the very welcoming Middleton Arms for dinner.

Perfect location, perfect property, perfect host.
Wouldn’t change anything about Boundary Stable.
Personally there was nothing to dislike.

Location good, lots of safe open space to exercise the dog,
No oven gloves, cleaning pack consisted of one cloth, one towel one tiny scrubby.
No welcome basket, no complimentary tea coffee sugar milk, nothing to invite any hospitality, apparent it was purely a profit venture!
No hand soap in bathroom or kitchen nothing provided at all for the price paid.
No brush or hoover to clean with, no mop etc
Nowhere to hang any coats, wet coats or walking shoes.
Aesthetically pleasing as a cottage, but not practical for any length of stay
No washing machine or airers
Very few utensils in the drawers and cupboards looked empty.
Outside seating area very poor and flooded so unable to use.
Will not stay again, felt profit biased with no care. Lots of plastic plants!
