The villa was just what we wanted, plenty of outdoor space and good sized rooms inside. It was in quite a rural area but still only 10 minutes walk to town. Loved the daily visit of random chickens, and of course cats.

It was a very quiet location which was ideal for what we required. Owner very responsive and helpful. She arrived at Villa on our first full day and introduced herself and ensured we had her number if any issues. This was a really thoughtful personal touch.
Beds and pillows were very hard. Flight was delayed and transport was late (not booked through booking.com) which meant we arrived a lot later than planned.
A welcome pack would have been an idea which would have taken our score up a bit. We had no water and had to rush out very late to get some to ensure we could have a drink. Other villas we have stayed in have provided welcome packs with water and snacks. Nothing major just enough to see you through the first night when arriving late.

Absolutely stunning villa. The host was so friendly and came and met us on arrival and we could call or text her any time of day or night if need be. The villa was simply stunning with all the facilities you would ever need and a fabulous swimming pool 😁

The location is ideal for central Dalyan. Pool is huge.
There was a broken toilet seat in one of the bathrooms. Some kind of grime behind one single bed. Provision of pool towels a bit unclear, as could locate only 1. The property lacks turkish character but this is personal preference.
