All in all, I would not recommend this listing. Or dealing with wonder vacation homes at all.

Property was great. Resort is wonderful. There is a $35 one time fee per household to use the amenities.

Bed bugs galore!!!! We paid A LOT of money for our stay. We are a family of 7. When first arriving the property is very nice and secure. However the house, very dirty upon arrival. Carpets extremely stained and in need of replacement. Washing machine made loud banging noises everytime it was turned on. The dryer squealed the whole time it was on, a “technician” came to look at the washer and dryer and told us they needed to order parts and there was nothing they could do at the time. Dryer didn’t produce much heat and took nearly 2 hours to dry a single load of laundry. No toilet paper, hair in the pool, toggle on Xbox controller broken with no connecting cords for it to even work. House didn’t have much cookware, 1 frying pan. Down stairs bedroom did not get a/c. Pool has a smell and makes you feel slimey after getting out of it. The final straw for us was my children getting bitten up by bedbugs. I sent photos of the bugs crawling on the wall. My son had over 25 bites in one night. They told us they could not move us to a different unit. We had to wait for a refund and told to get out of the property. The pest inspector came and confirmed it was indeed bed bugs. There is no emergency contact even though it says there is. When you call the number you need to leave a message and wait until the morning at 9 AM for someone to call you back.

Great place for family holiday. Not quite as smart and luxurious as they would have you believe..

Location was good for days out in Florida. We did not go to Disney but it was only 20 minutes away. Having our own pool was lovely once we had the temperature turned down. The club house at solterra is very good but not cheep. Plenty of room for our whole group of 6 adults and 3 kids.

The house is very sparsely furnished. Little in the way of cooking utensils. We did request some items but no one came back to us. We ordered a cot which we were told could only be for 7 seven days. It did not turn up until the third day and no refund has been given? Evan though we had three cars we could not fit them all on the drive. We were told if a car was left parked on the road, not in one of the limited spaces it would be towed. However people over the road decided to party until 5 in the morning with lots of cars and outside noise. No security came , very little sleep that night!
