Bardzo czysty i nowoczesny apartament. Proste zasady zameldowania.
W kuchni brakowało podstawowych rzeczy np. Noze kuchenne, patelnie. Zdjęcia nie oddają wielkości oraz rozkładu pomieszczeń. Właściciel był trochę nadmiernie kontrolujący. Największym minusem było, że przy mieszkaniu znajduje się garaż (chyba właściciela), który ma bezpośrednie przejście do wynajmowanego apartamentu. Zdażyło się nam niestety że garaż został otwarty, a w drzwiach były pozostawione klucze, przez co każdy z ulicy mógł się dostać do naszego mieszkania.
