Had a great time in Navarre beach like we always do.

There was no breakfast unless we cooked it ourselves, it was very nice.

The price of the Condo, was high.

Summerwind west 501 was awesome

The condo was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities of home. The view was spectacular!

There was not one thing that we didn't like.

It was pleasant

The views of the ocean and the king bed slept good. I liked the ice maker and the filtered water in the refrigerator

The condo was kind of dusty and the decor needed updating. The toilets didn’t flush well and the closet doors didn’t fit securely

Pleasant

Could have been cleaner. Yhete was mold on the shower curtains and shower stall. There was oreo cookies in the floor and a peice of meat on the var stool.

Overall nice except for the security issues with entrances to the unit.

Clean. Nice layout. Roomy and comfortable. Easy check in and check out

No bolt lock on entrance door. The only lock was the one with the code and easily messed up to where it wouldn’t lock at all. Not even a handle on the sliding door for the main entrance to the balcony which was extremely hard to open and close. Several lights not working over the sink in the master bathroom.

we had a wonderful time and the Blue Angels were a bonus!!

The view was amazing! access to everything we needed close by. condo was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our vacation relaxing and stress free. I highly recommend this property!

nice condo and lots of seaweed in the ocean.

it was advertised as a two bedroom but was a three bedroom.

very high extra fees for cleaning and resort . long elevator wait (only one working elevator).

More than 1 out of 3 hot tubs working, would have been appreciated. Even after we told them. Only 2 had water & only one was heated. Trouble with the elevator made everyone nervous to use it!

Great location. Condo could use some updates and general maintenance.

Location was great. More than enough space for four.

Need room darkening curtains on the side facing the walkway/elevator. Fix blinds. Sofas were smelly. Floors should be mopped between guests. We wiped the floor with Clorox wipes.

The first bedroom was unusable due to smell of mold. The garbage disposal didn't work..

convenience to beach and restaurants. relatively clean. quiet.

we had multiple people come to our door. Fire extinguisher change without notice, security without notice. did not go to the door for security. had to find someone on the beach to get extra chairs for the beach. had a cockroach in the bathroom. ice dispenser on fridge doesn't work. couch cushions had stains. not sure what??had a few cheetos on the floor. the small bedroom had a large hole around the sprinkler. lock missing on bedroom balcony door. 5th floor so not real bad.
