The property was clean and tidy, and the kitchen was stocked fairly well. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a great place to stay while visiting Fredericksburg. We did drive to the main shopping area, but we were able to find parking. Overall, I would recommend this rental.

This property was perfect for our low key girls’ weekend. Beautiful fenced in backyard. Spacious bedrooms and lots of living space and a big kitchen. The neighborhood was nice and quiet but close to Main (walking distance). In the wee hours I spotted two deer strolling down the street. And cardinals serenaded us every morning. Just lovely all around.

We loved this house. Very clean and great location. Coffee in the morning on the patio under the tree is worth the trip.

The property has a good location but the bathrooms where not good enough, the hot water was compromised, the grill is not new, the outdoor furniture could have outdoor pillows, and the overall cleanliness of the property is just ok, not very clean.
