Tengo que decir que soy una persona que se toma muy en serio mis reviews, tanto de los alojamientos como de restaurantes, porque no quiero nunca perjudicar a los popietarios y dueños, pero tampoco quiero engañar a los clientes/usuarios.
Empiezo diciendo que la comunicación con el propietario fue bastante buena sin ser perfecta.
El apartamento reformado, con 3 aparatos de aire acondicionado que se agradece. La televisión algo pequeña, pero aceptable en el salón.
Cocina con buena mesa.
El apartamento tiene 1 baño completo y 1 aseo, es decir, sola 1 ducha.
Supermercado a la puerta de casa.
Lo mejor: las vistas y la ubicación.
La zona está de obras, pero las ventanas son muy buenas. No hay en general problema de ruidos (en la calle a veces sí pasan coches rápido o con música fuerte al ser avenida grande e importante).
Pero realmente, lo peor es una cosa y el dueño debería cambiarla sin falta y es la cama del dormitorio principal.
Es inaceptable que la cama sea como es, suena cada vez que respiras. Al mínimo movimiento, crujidos muy fuertes. Despiertas al que duerme a tu lado y se oye en las habitaciones contiguas, terrible.

The apartment was received in a very clean condition and is located in a stunning spot facing the Parliament building — the view is truly impressive. A medium-sized supermarket is conveniently located nearby and is accessible at comfortable hours.
Check-in is independent, using a code that is provided upon arrival, which made the process smooth and easy. The owner was friendly and very responsive throughout our stay.
We stayed in this apartment for 7 nights.
The apartment has two bedrooms. One of the beds was extremely squeaky, which made sleeping less comfortable. The bed linens had clearly seen better days, and the pillows were thin and quite uncomfortable. One of our family members slept in the living room, but the bedding was not prepared in advance, and at first, we couldn’t find it, which caused some inconvenience upon arrival.
The kitchen is equipped at a very basic level, which is fine for simple meals but not for more elaborate cooking.
The dryer works only if the entire air conditioning system is turned off, which is inconvenient. Out of three remote controls, only one had working batteries. There were no extra blankets provided, and we received only five rolls of toilet paper for the entire stay.
There were also quite a few mosquitoes in the apartment during the evenings, which made it necessary to keep windows closed and use repellent.
The living room furniture is uncomfortable — you sink in as soon as you sit down. Overall, it’s clear that the apartment would benefit from refreshing the old furniture and offering guests a bit more comfort and attention to detail.
