The staff was the most supportive and quick with everything. The place was great along with the neighborhood. The area was quiet and safe and the hotel room was spacious enough. The location was well connected with most of the famous places to visit and there was a metro station very close by.
The only issue I felt was there was not a single meal included for a very high price per night's stay. The pricing was a little higher than should have been but everything else was good.

Great location close to the park and lots of good restaurants. The staff were absolutely lovely throughout my stay. I arrived at 4am and there was no issue at all with someone being there to receive me, which I really appreciated after travelling.
Again, the sheets and linen were clean, but the bathroom had some wires visible from the ceiling/window area and could really benefit from a deep clean.
I would consider staying again, especially if the price were a bit lower.
Overall my stay was very pleasant. The evenings were quiet and peaceful and I slept well every night.
The first room I was given had a damp smell and both the shower and the general decor felt very dated, not like the photos. The towels and sheets were old but they were clean.
I then moved to a king room with wooden floors, which was lovely and much nicer for the rest of my stay. One issue was that the shower and hot water seemed to work in cycles. After two or three minutes the pressure would drop and the water would stop, then come back again very hot and strong.
